  Is a clean and beautiful place. Room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable.

  The receptionist at the front desk has been so great. She's busy, very busy, but she is attentive and kind and is trying to do the very best she can with the phone ringing off the hook and people waiting for her. I needed something a little extra and she accommodated. If there was a way to score the hallway in the lobby area separately from the room, I would. It stinks. It smells like old cigarettes or old musty something I don't know, but I almost want to hold my breath walking down the hall. Looks are a little bit deceiving when you pull up, as it looks updated from the outside but the inside is very much in need of a refresh. Convenient location for I stop along the way to a further distance, right off the freeway.

  The room was clean and seamed to be okay. I fell asleep to be woke up at midnight because my upstairs neighbor just arrived. It sounded like he was coming through the roof. I could hear him move in bed and when he got up it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. Then the alarm went off in another room and I had to call the front desk only to have the girl say he will settle down soon and did I know which room the alarm was coming from. Now it’s passed 1:00 am and I’m trying to get back to sleep. I booked for two night but I don’t want to stay here tonight. No sleep timer on the tv and on the lowest volume setting it’s still kind of loud. Not worth the nearly 150 a night. Oh and the shower curtain smells so sour.

  Our go to pet friendly stop in grants. clean rooms, good cheats pillows, and beds, with holiday inn you know what your getting. Staff is friendly, breakfast area is neat and clean.

  I went in Thursday morning to book a room after a long drive from California to Oregon. The receptionist at the front desk was rude from the start. I attempted to use my PayPal business card, and she said it wasn’t even a real credit card but she never tried to run it through. Then, I told her I’ll pay cash and she said she had to look at all the money in my wallet, and I felt like she was trying to rob me. After the rude and disrespectful interaction I was put through, I had realized she was being racist and rude to me just because of my appearance. Out of all places I could have stayed at, I had chosen HolidayInn because I thought I would be safe there. I’m never returning again, and I’m gonna get in contact with corporate about this.
