- KKKevin4 days ago1.0I went in Thursday morning to book a room after a long drive from California to Oregon. The receptionist at the front desk was rude from the start. I attempted to use my PayPal business card, and she said it wasn’t even a real credit card but she never tried to run it through. Then, I told her I’ll pay cash and she said she had to look at all the money in my wallet, and I felt like she was trying to rob me. After the rude and disrespectful interaction I was put through, I had realized she was being racist and rude to me just because of my appearance. Out of all places I could have stayed at, I had chosen HolidayInn because I thought I would be safe there. I’m never returning again, and I’m gonna get in contact with corporate about this.

There are many more employees that were excellent. Unfortunately, I have trouble remembering names occasionally. During our current visit we met Clark for the first time and his customer service is without a doubt an 11/10.

And she took care of it for me, even dealing with the pain in the neck 3rd party companies about the change. 😩 And the room was comfortable and they have a great breakfast buffet

Friendly very professional. Always helpful. And I was very pleased to see that it was the same staff as my last visit.

They must have great insulation. Didn’t hear a sound until we opened the door. It was near the freeway but again we didn’t hear anything from our room. Nice free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
