- MAMike AbramsDec 24, 20253.0I was at this hotel in January 2025. I was in the same room. There were things that were broken that I reported and they’re still not fixed almost a year later. The TV does not have your normal Hampton Inn TV system. It has some old DIRECTV system. It says on Hampton site that this hotel is being renovated. I sure hope they’re gonna renovate these rooms. They’re not awful and they’re clean but things broken like the outlets in room 102 under the TV that haven’t worked for a year need to be fixed. The TV system needs to be upgraded. They used to give you complementary charging for your EV now they’re just nickeling and diming you with $10 per charge. It’s also a hassle because they have clipper Creek units which do not have any type of monetary system so you need to go to the front desk and deal with all this instead of just plugging in and charging. If they had chargers that had monetary systems like ChargePoint, blink, or Tesla they would still keep the money, but it would be easier for people. Clipper creeks are only for places that don’t charge and it would be nice if they were still complementary. It was the reason I’ve always came here. I really hope this place gets its act together. It is the only good hotel in this area of grants Pass. The staff is great too.

The front desk was friendly and attentive despite getting in late. The location to the freeway and the on and off access is easy and its quiet with no road noise even with it being next to the freeway. The room #442 was very comfortable, clean and newly remodeled. Plenty of towels, pillows were down, fluffy and clean with no yellowish tint. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options and the attendant kept everything filled clean and fresh. The coffee was hot. We will always choose this location to stay when heading south i5.
- BGBryan GugelmanNov 26, 20255.0I travel Monday-Friday and stay in a random Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, or a Best along i5 between Ashland, OR and Blaine, WA. This one has always been the one that feels welcoming but not over the top. The rooms are always Hampton and the beds are comfy after 8hrs of work and then a 8hr drive south. Don't pass this one up. Its right next to the interstate. The front desk was extremely hospitable as well. 8/5 Stars Hampton Inn GP.
