- PAPage AndersonFeb 16, 20261.0I came in as a DoorDash, but as soon as I came through the doors, I was met with the front desk lady who had the nastiest look on her face was completely unwelcoming, and almost even aggressive, it was four or five in the day and things weren’t too busy. Everything seemed pretty normal. I felt so uncomfortable to the point that I had to like announce that I was door dashing and that like everything was fine because of just the looks that she was invoking. it just puts into perspective like if you were someone who was traveling for a long time and like finally got to their stay no one wants to be greeted with that kind of behavior, it’s severely unprofessional and unwelcoming and leaves a horrible reputation for this business, The lady had glasses and a black/brunette bun no further description. Her name tag stated that her name was connie. it’s just really unnecessary that at a place that is supposed to be so welcoming and like open to the public was so rude and disrespectful, will not be reccommending this hotel to absolutely ANYONE. improve your customer service or find someone who can.

I like that they had a tub because I was able to relax and take a bath after a long drive. The amenities where favorable for my children and easily accessible. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing! Children loved it. they said It has been the most delicious breakfast they've had staying at a hotel by far. Our stay was very pleasant and our staff at the night upon arrival were wonderful!!
