The bed is comfortable, the room is a really good size, I appreciate the good size refrigerator and the pool is somewhat warm. However, there’s a major sinkin hazard in the pool area, it is not safe for any kind of kid to go from the hot tub to the pool or from the pool to the hot tub without falling down or stubbing their toe, breaking their leg, etc. I did ask front desk to bring my extra towels and they declined. Really frustrating because in a bedroom that I specified four people, they only left us four towels. One towel per person you’ve got to be kidding me ?Cleanliness is definitely not on par, I definitely have a few things to complain about, but I guess it’s a good size room, good location (I’m visiting family) and you can walk to Safeway and McDonald’s. 2.5 stars overall. The front desks was nice and unfortunately, I bet they get treated unfair due to the quality.

- LMLinda MurphyOct 28, 20254.0The location was great. Close to major interstate highways. Convenient grocery store and coffee shop you could walk to in less than 10 minutes. I didn't care for the room service. However I dont expect it daily anymore. We had to empty our own trash on Saturday. Also it appears that the oatmeal was left over and dried out two out of our 4 night stay. Other than that the front desk staff was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
