The voucher code systems don’t work and if you like, spending an hour in the morning, dealing with the parking company and then trying to escalate to Hilton, the parent company of this facility, only to find yourself speaking to someone who doesn’t understand the problem nor do they care. this is the place for you. Obviously no negative stars for the staff. They’re all doing their job, but when they’re apparently is no general manager at the location or currently employed at the company there’s not much for a local person to do for you when they’re not authorized to help. So now I gotta pay $20.00 parking ticket from their own parking lot. If they would just add it to the price it would be fine. Booked with Amex travel and HH honors member. No help at all. Next time I’ll use Costco travel to book and my Citi Visa. And won’t stay at a Hilton. There are totally useless to deal with. Hotel stats: Cleanliness = 5 stars Parking -5 stars. Staff- 5 stars Management= None Available. Can’t review it. location: 5 stars Decor: 4 stars. Modern cheap/ ikea ish.

For how new the hotel is and how expensive the rooms are, I expected much better quality and service. Always homeless people in the parking lots and found trash in the back of my truck every morning. Considering you have to pay $15 a night extra for parking, you would think there would be some type of security.

I really enjoyed my stay they even had a great spread for a continental breakfast downstairs in the morning. I would definitely go back to this location I'm giving it five stars because they're close to everything in downtown we went for the Everclear concert at the McDonald theater.
