We love the location of this hotel as it's downtown Eugene and right around the corner from the Mcdonald Theater, saw Floater on New Years eve.
Hotel is clean and still smells new. Swimming pool and weight rooms are clean and the outdoor garbage were emptied frequently.
Staff was friendly and efficient. Dog friendly however there isn't a whole lot of area to let our dogs do there business. The only areas for letting them do there business is flower beds with bark dust and a grassy area by the street.
Early check in at 3.00 pm and a noon check out. We try to stay in the Home2 suites as they have kitchenettes and the ability to use a portable stove top and pans available upon asking.
Always clean!

My wife and I stayed at this place last week for one night only - fortunately. First problem was when I received an email a few days before arriving that they had 'upgraded' our room (after sending me 'upgrades' we could pay for. I ignored these as they were not anything we wanted). The upgrade they 'gave' us was changing our room to 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. I wrote to them and had several back and forth emails with staff. This is not something we wanted. They did not acknowledge it was not an upgrade and incidentally there was no price reduction. It was also a decision made by the general manager and could not be changed.
The next issue was NO hot water in the room! Any room apparently! We were told the maintenance man was coming and should have it resolved in an hour or two. Well, we had a highway to hit and could not wait around.
Another problem was the lack of wipe down towels in their gym. Who knows how long the machines had not been cleaned.
The restroom in the lobby had no soap dispensers but did have a tiny bottle of Palmolive dish soap for washing hands.
The food 'choices' for breakfast were a joke - we walked 5 minutes to an excellent bakery.
Do yourself a favor - stay elsewhere. This is NOT the level of service and professionalism we expect from a Hilton property. Someone needs to take a good look at how this property is run.

Room was not cleaned properly when I arrived (trash was not taken out, toilet was not clean had urine and hair on it, sheets had hair and still smelled of the previous guest). I did let the staff know about the issues and they were super nice and apologized.
The breakfast was okay.
Parking is not affiliated with the hotel, BUT it is there parking lot so i gotta include this here. Parking is a nightmare. You have to pay for parking per night. It is super confusing website. And not accurate! I accidently paid for parking 3 times instead of once and the website/hotel never even showed i paid so I got a note on my car every day saying to pay for parking. Now thag being said, I did get a refund for the extra payments and the staff were super nice about not towing my car.

The room was very nice, but the air conditioner was extremely loud and woke us throughout the night. I will not stay here again.

If you like parking tickets, this is your favorite place. The voucher code systems don’t work and if you like, spending an hour in the morning, dealing with the parking company and then trying to escalate to Hilton, the parent company of this facility, only to find yourself speaking to someone who doesn’t understand the problem nor do they care. this is the place for you. Obviously no negative stars for the staff. They’re all doing their job, but when they’re apparently is no general manager at the location or currently employed at the company there’s not much for a local person to do for you when they’re not authorized to help.
So now I gotta pay $20.00 parking ticket from their own parking lot. If they would just add it to the price it would be fine.
Booked with Amex travel and HH honors member. No help at all.
Next time I’ll use Costco travel to book and my Citi Visa. And won’t stay at a Hilton. There are totally useless to deal with.
