Room was ready in a timely manner, room itself Was clean and stocked well. Beds comfy, the pool & Spa area was clean and not busy. And then the breakfast was actually really good. The front staff that night was nice, helpful and the area felt safe and there’s lots places to go to around there. I’ll be coming back since there were no issues. I feel like people who put bad reviews really try to find issues and make it a bigger problem.

- RWRonny WilsonNov 8, 20251.0**Update**After calling and talking with the Service manager. My wife was my met with Hostility from the start. She knew exactly who we were. She informed my wife that they have signs and are not responsible and would not give us a discount of any kind. We were told by staff they would do something for us but she said no! she wouldn’t and staff misinformed us. Didn’t even acknowledge the situation or apologize just hostile from the start of the conversation. Very unprofessional!! The security around the building is very poor. Had my window busted out for no reason. Random act of vandalism. I don’t know the reason or the intent. Nothing was taken but according to the front desk clerk this has happened multiple times and the owners have done nothing to add any cameras outside or have any security measures whatsoever. Even knowing this is an issue. So if you are planning on staying here just be aware that this can and may happen to you. Keep your vehicles locked and absolutely no valuables inside when staying here. Of course they have signs posted saying while parking in their parking lot they are not responsible but if this is a known issue. Wish they would do more. I didn’t even receive a discount on the room or anything. No call from the manager about this either. I really felt like it was a not our problem kind of deal on their end. Filed a police report with Eugene police and luckily found a really nice paint and body shop that put some collision wrap on it for us and we were able to finish our trip.
