  Clean easy to fine off the I-5 check in with simple and quick. I understand energy efficient... but our rooms was super dingy and dark. It could have used some much brighter lighting bulbs. We kept our door wide open for extra light. The breakfast spread open 6:30 to 9:30 am was decent. However, NEVER in my 40 + years of staying at a Best Western in the states or abroad have I ever seen a tip jar amongst the food in the dining area, it was shocking 😲

  We stay at the Best Western normally when we travel. Always a good deal and always friendly staff! Bed was nice. Only 1 issue, shower stall was very small. Other than that a good stay!!

  We checked in at 4pm and had to get ready for our event we had plans for. Went to get in the shower and there was absolutely no hot water. We called the front desk to tell them and they said they would have maintenance come check it out. Went to our concert and when we got back there was still NO hot water. We called the front desk yet again and they were quite rude about the situation. They said they'd have maintenance come check it out. Woke up and guess what? Yup, still NO hot water!!!! At this point we decided to pack up and leave. Also, the room was absolutely disgusting. Filthy dirty, there was a brown sticky substance on the door jam to the bathroom. There was an old pair of dirty shoes left by previous occupants in the closet. Our room neighbors were so disrespectful, so loud and partying. Slamming doors and screaming until 2am. I usually always stay at Best Westerns when we travel but now I'm not sure!!!

  Stayed one night for a sports tournament nearby. I was very impressed with the hotel. The single queen room is super spacious and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in a while. I have a very hard time sleeping in new beds and I was out almost immediately when I went to sleep. The rooms seemed pretty insulated and aside from people walking past my door in the hall, I didn't hear noise from the adjoining rooms. The bathroom is pretty standard and the shower is a little small but the water pressure is very strong and it took only a few seconds for the water temperature to heat up. Not having to wait at all to take a hot shower in the morning is amazing. The complimentary breakfast is nice and the addition of hot foods is great. Is it the best in terms of quality? No, but it gets the done job. In particular the eggs with cheese and potatoes were very well seasoned. I could eat a plateful of that and be satisfied until lunch. The staff are super nice and helpful. I ended up leaving to meet up with friends and left the key in the room and ended up locking myself out. After making sure I was the person on the reservation, the night agent gave me a new key without any hesitation or judgement. Whenever I'm in Eugene, this will be my go-to place to stay.

  Friendly and attentive staff, clean updated rooms, quiet location, ample parking, easy to get to, breakfast on site, good value. I would definitely stay here again.
