  Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check-in was easy and quick, front desk was super friendly. Rooms are huge, vaulted ceilings and SUPER clean. Breakfast was awesome as well. Beds very comfy! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

  Stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medford-Central Point by IHG for over a month and had such a great experience!All the staff here are super nice, friendly, and always helpful. They actually remember you, which makes it feel extra welcoming. I can’t name them but EVERYONE. Housekeeping is also amazing very kind and consistent. I really can’t thank them enough for making my stay so comfortable 💙 The only downside is the location next to a truck stop around 4–6 PM there can be a lot of truck traffic but no noise after hours time. Overall, highly recommended please called front desk to confirm if pool and spa available!!

  Comfortable beds with soft and firm pillow options, very clean rooms and nice breakfast area! Speaking of the breakfast - very hearty options including eggs, a meat, oatmeal, toast, bagels, or even hot pancakes with a press of a button! Nice cold options such as high protein yogurt, cereal, and cinnamon rolls! The coffee is good and juice as a nice option. Plenty of seating. Back to the rooms. They have thought of everything and if you need something not in the room, you can just ask for it. I needed a laundry bag + pad of paper pen for example. Though I don't believe the outlet below our TV charged anything. The central location is nice just off the freeway, but is a bit annoying going past all the trucks stopping for fuel. Thankfully the noise from trucks and the freeway didn't bother us. Though, don't expect to sleep past 9am because you will hear radio interactions and cleaning going on. How else are they going to keep their hotel spic and span!? The one downside we experienced was the pool being down for our entire stay. They were waiting on a part to fix it and were very accommodating since we were really looking forward to swimming. They called and got all the info for Rogue-X, which is a new community pool with huge slides, a lazy river, and outdoor water fountain area all for $6/child $8/adult! We really appreciated all of the nice staff throughout our stay and would definitely stay here again!
