- CHcapt ron hellenthalDec 18, 20251.0Well I had previously stayed at this property, however I rebooted in October 2025 for the handicap room. 10 or so days prior to my intended arrival, I was forced to cancel due to my kids were required to work for the State jobs. I was told that was not a problem by the reservation people. After not hearing from the hotel, I followed up and was told there would not be a refund coming because they had no record of a timely cancelation. I protested but they never offered a satisfactory solution. So the solution for me is to never use Holiday inn again. I hope they think it is worth it. Regretfully, S.R. Hellenthal
