The cupboards were stocked with utensils for cooking but no hot plate. Microwave oven. The bed was nice but no blanket. The staff were excellent. The free breakfast was great. The stay was good.

Right in the heat of Downtown Area, close to many things! The rooms are honestly better stocked than most hotels. I appreciated the space and the cleanliness for it being a pet-friendly place.
Don’t even get me started on the service. Each time I called front desk I was met with a helpful energy. Especially in the kitchen!!!
The cook, Matt is the friendliest of all. Not only does he cook some of the best breakfast for hotel guests, he stands by ready to help, answer questions, and encourage you to EAT! He was very friendly when it came down to asking food allergy questions. He brought out the package for me to read and I was able to steer clear of allergies while I ate during my stay. I can never repay that man, he is not only friendly and communicative, but helpful and makes the dining area feel light and not at all confusing. Thank you Matt for a wonderful stay and making me feel at home!

I stay here almost every time I come to Bend. It's a good price for the quality. This particular trip was a little lacking compared to other times I've stayed. But it was also busier customer-wise, and was likely due to staff trying to keep up. Primary reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the breakfast buffet was not as well kept (out of coffee, out of coffee mugs, yogurt machine either not working or empty...) but this has not been my normal experience here. I still recommend it.
