Came for a vacation and to visit the Old Mill district. Great location but not the best experience for the price. There was a $20 charge per day for parking (which seems standard for the area but still annoying) and breakfast was a $16 per person upcharge. Our bathroom sink faucet was broken and the shower head was dirty. The TV was large but not "smart" so watching cable was the only option. The hot tub wasn't hot and the jets didn't work. It was just an okay experience overall. You're really just paying for the location.

Made a reservation for one price and paid more once there. Felt like we were taken advantage of. You have to pay to park, they don't include that in the quoted cost either. No complimentary anything except black coffee.
Worst Hilton I've ever stayed in.

Room is high quality, location is nice but could be better, and service is terrible.
1. I asked for a scissor, they don't have it. Proceeded to retrieve a steak knife for me to use.
2. I asked for the knife to be delivered to my room, they can't, so I had to go downstairs to get it.
3. No way to get drinkable water without paying. There's a water machine in the first floor lobby. That's the only way to get free drinkable water.
4. For being on the more expensive side, it's a shock that breakfast wasn't included. You have to pay.
5. For being on the more expensive side, they still charge for parking.
6. No one-time use toothbrush. I had to buy one in the store in town. Again, for being on the more expensive side, this is kinda shocking. 30 years of renting hotel rooms across the world, this is a very first time.
Overall, i really do think you can get a better service with much cheaper price in the same town.
