    Remodeling the rooms, even better now, plus the neighboring Hayden Homes Amphitheater, and shopping, prime location!

    Charging for parking is nickel and diming that makes sense in a place with public transport, not Bend, OR where the only option for transport is a car, just include it in the price instead of this BS. TV doesn't work, phone doesn't have a cord to call it down to the front desk, nobody at the front desk when I walked down to look for support. Never coming back with so many better options in Bend. Update: Phone can't be connected as there is no phone outlet, the entire building is under construction, which would have been nice to know before booking. Hammering and other industrial noise throughout breakfast, which has been relocated to a windowless room, Dexter-style plastic everywhere, cardboard-wrapped elevator. We're working remotely while we're here, and the Internet is unusable for video calling. Total garbage.

    Crazy that you guys are charging 20 dollars a night to park your car at the hotel. How else do you get to your destination? Please just raise the price of the hotel 20 dollars instead of looking greedy. Otherwise, a great hotel and I have always enjoyed staying here! Might be looking else where next time.

    This is the best Hampton/ Hilton I've stayed at in the 3 weeks. Traveling from yeah to Washington and back, this hotel even with renovations going on was too notch. Great breakfast variety, quiet, lots of places to walk to, a theater and red Robin and a dog park all with in a two to five minutes walk. Hot tub and pool worked as well.
