  -This will be our new place to stay in Bandon. The location is beautiful, with beach access directly across the street. Ample parking with brightly lit lot. Rooms were very comfortable. Ours had 2 entrances and a small patio-type area. Room was very clean and smelled nice the entire weekend. Beds were on the firm side but with some extra pillows from housekeeping, that was easily fixed. Shower was nice. Everything was very clean. -Pool was a lot of fun and clean, they have some noodles and toys to play with. The indoor pool area did not get too warm and humid. It was comfortable to be in. -Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of things to choose from. I have specific food intolerances and even I found something good to eat. Cold foods, warm foods, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, and all the other good things you could want. Hot coffee was good, cold water and juices also good. -Service is exceptional! Breakfast staff kept it coming and let people know the timing of refills as they had to cook them. (example: "5 more minutes on the biscuits!") They worked hard to keep everything stocked as it was a full house each morning we were there. But no one had to wait long for anything, if they had to wait at all. Great breakfast team! -Keegan at the front desk was especially great :) Very friendly and personable, while being professional and knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome right away. He knows the town very well also if you have any questions. He was off duty when we checked out so I wasn't able to leave him a tip, so give him a good raise instead, Best Western!

  Tessa and Keegan are good folk. Rooms are nice, breakfast is pretty good for a hotel, and the staff were all lovely. Just try to get to the hot tub early if you actually want to use it.

  Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We had an amazing experience. We showed at 10pm on a holiday weekend with 2 tired children after having to leave a different hotel due to issues with the room. They had availability and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Down to even calling us after we arrived at our room to make sure it was a good fit for us. Room was beautiful with an ocean view. I normally don’t sleep well in hotels but our entire family slept perfectly with no noise from other rooms. We loved our stay and will be back. I wish I could remember the name of the gal at the front desk but I believe we it was Terra.
