  Location is great with a private beach access. Our room was pretty standard, but service was not good. The breakfast staffs were super nice, but not the manager and front desk people.

  Best Western really is the best! My boyfriend and I were supposed to check into an Airbnb in Port Orford the night before Easter, but when we arrived, the key wasn’t there…so we ended up driving to Best Western Inn at Face Rock hoping they had a room (with two dogs, no less). The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and managed to get us the last dog-friendly room (again, the night before Easter)! She even gave our dogs little goodie bags. The room was spotless, the beach access was AMAZING, and they even have a dog wash station for after the beach. Couldn’t have worked out better—highly recommend!

  One of the best BW we've stayed at! Friendly staff, lots of conveniences in the lobby. Loved the dedicated pathway to the beach. Two entrances into the room with a back door. Lovely all around.

  The staff badmouths guest in front of the guest daily. The staff does spy on guest n attempts to get them to do the cleaning or be kicked out. When I called to get housekeeping they refilled the room and left; they never cleaned it. So I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room.
