I checked-in on line thinking it would be a faster check-in but it really wasn't. Our room key would not work, so I had to go back downstairs to have them reprogram it. The spa was not working 😕. The service was great. The lady had a smile and was very polite. Our room was clean and we had a very nice view of the Columbian River.

I stayed at this location a week ago for two nights. When I first walked in, I said hello to the receptionist and she responded with a loud tone. " Give me a second. I'm busy right now." I waited about five minutes and the seemed very unprofessional to me and stressed out. About what I will never know? Other than the receptionist attitude,I checked in, rooms were clean and had no other problems.

The room was super clean, the breakfast selection was wide and it was warm. There were high chairs for little kids.
There was a sofa bed in the room for my son to sleep in. The bathroom was also stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap, which were not the tiny bottles.
The night receptionist was super nice and she even told us that the pool was opened 24 hours. We will definitely stay here again!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. I mistakenly left my ID at home and needed the booking changed to my wife's name. The hotels.com representative that was trying to help us sent an email to the front desk and told us shed stay on the phone while check in occurred. The lady at the front desk was rude to my wife when she told her she used the Hotels.com app to book and told her it was actually expedia and then told her there was no email. The representative on the phone from hotels.com asked to speak to the front desk. The lady replied that she would not speak to expedia and that it's "not her job" to speak to expedia and that they needed to send an email (which they had). My wife left the interaction in tears and we found a new hotel to stay at last minute. Horrible experience never staying at a best western again if this is how they're trained to provide customer service.

Very disappointing. Arriving early and paying the exact same price everyone else paid wasn't enough. I got a room with a view of the parking lot. In a hotel that is right in front of the water. That was a little selfish considering it was New Years eve. It could have been mentioned at least.
Perhaps they were saving it for their members? Scanned the building from the outside and they had plenty available.
No worries Best Western, I will definitely reconsider next time I think of booking in your premises. There are plenty of other options.
