This location in Ashland, Oregon is very nice and provided a great place to sleep for the night on our way to Seattle. Rooms are spacious, clean and bed is always comfortable. Breakfast is always good with plenty of selection to satisfy everyone in your party. The cinnamon rolls are especially delicious and always hot and fresh, ready to eat. This Holiday Inn Express is within walking distance of 3 restaurants which allows you to check in, grab a bite and not worry about driving anywhere. I used points to cover our lodging but would easily pay to stay here again when in the area.

We were having difficulty with the tv so we called the front desk 4-5 times between 8:00 and 9:30 PM, and no one ever answered. In the morning between 8:25 and 10:10, no one was at the front desk while gusts stood there waiting to check out. I was eating in the dining room and noticed people waiting a long time so finally asked the kitchen staff to get help. She could not reach anyone either. There is a spot to deposit keys, but no note with instructions at the desk. In the past, our rooms have been quiet. This time we were in Room 204 and were awakened at 6:00 to a big machine moving under our window two different times - I am guessing a street cleaner? We were disappointed with our stay this time.
