We enjoyed the hot breakfast and hard-boiled eggs. The freshly ground coffee in the machine is extraordinary. The room was clean and comfortable. Jenn was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay in Albany Holiday Inn Express again!

We had such a lovely time, extended our stay & forgot our troubles by the end of our stay. LOL. Very happy guests and the breakfast has cinnamon rolls with sports TVs. Felt very close to family activities too! (The staff could use more support from ownership, often only 1 or 2 people doing the work of 10!! Impressive, but wish them some more employees hopefully)

Jenn at the front desk is a remarkable human being. She showed compassion and kindness to a homeless man who had stopped in. She’s an asset to this hotel. Would stay here again if in the area!! Softest sheets ever!!! 5 star hotel linens!
