We did arrive before 3pm maybe that was our fault she was not welcomeing. We didn't feel welcome and honestly didn't interact with any other front desk staff due to our activities we were in town for. Housekeeping staff was pleasant and breakfast was better than expected.

The most important things are right, so I can say I'd stay here again and recommend it for those wanting a comfortable room.

There is also a really nice drive thru coffee shop right by the hotel that supports dogs called Bentleys. The pool, hot tub and rooms are ok, just a little more run down and looks older.
