No USB connections, carpet outdated & the other is if the bathroom sink was in the bathroom & not in the entry it would be nice. It’s right next to another hotel which has a less than desirable reputation. I stayed here for an early morning surgery in Albany.

- SBScarlet BJan 1, 20264.0Room we booked was out of order when we got there, but they found a way to accommodate my kids and I still. Front desk agent Shannon was very nice and had a great attitude. Brought some gift cards to apply to my stay and stoped in at the front desk the next morning to make sure they were applied and the lady working it was very nice(didn’t catch a name but she had lots of pretty tattoos and a septum piercing) room and lobby/hall were all clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

After they checked out this morning She called me and told me they had left some clothing in the room. She didn't have to do that, could have just discarded them. That's great services afaic.
