  I recently stayed at this hotel for one night for a competition. The outside of the building is very cute, looks like a normal hotel. But the service, TERRIBLE!! The room itself was not the nicest but it was clean and that’s all that matters, however the outlets did not work and the shower head was not working properly. The sleep was amazing great beds, but I can’t say the morning was amazing. I went down to check out and eat breakfast with my mother. The food was normal which and was clean and safe. There was a lady restocking coffee maker and was running around the lobby getting in EVERYONES way and has the audacity to make a comment on how I was in her way, first of all coffee should be already prepared not when guests are trying to have breakfast, and a simple excuse me would have worked out better for everyone. After breakfast I had checked out and the people checking us out were very rude and unfriendly. Lastly, trying to leave the parking was not plowed or shoveled properly and that gave me a hard time trying to exit that place. Overall, hire better staff, ensure everything in the room works and make sure the parking is functional to all guests. Bad stay, DO NOT stay unless you want an unpleasant stay.

  The only redeeming quality this hotel has is the staff, Kaitlyn especially was an angel for all of the help. At first everything was good, check in was good and staff was nice. We booked a room with a jetted tub that doesn’t even work properly, the water just instantly drains out of it we had to keep refilling it, the jets are so powerful you can’t even use them comfortably. The first night we noticed a couple ants, which is no big deal. By the next morning into the evening they were coming up from the floor and from the cracks in the grout around the tub and tile floor. They moved us across the hall to the room with a broken tub, which we were willing to suck up since there’s nothing they could do about that. Not even 10 minutes in the first new room and we find more ants, so they upgraded us because they had no choice. The manager my partner spoke to this morning about a possible (even small) reimbursement was rude, condescending and disrespectful. My sister left a review on our behalf because usually I’d never leave one myself and they claimed to not know what she was talking about, but knew who we were to our faces even going as far as to say “You left a bad review already, if you had talked to us directly we might’ve been able to do something.” So instead of owning the issue and trying to actually fix things and be better you’re response is to be rude and condescending? Maybe you wouldn’t have bad reviews if you actually ran your hotel well and kept up with maintenance. Save your money, don’t stay here EVER.

  To start the weekend night staff was very helpful especially katelyn. (Thank you for your help and I hope you can find a better hotel to work at!) We had booked a room with a jetted tub for 2 nights. Only got to use the tub maybe twice as there was A LOT OF ANTS in the room so they switched us to another room with a jetted tub but the tub didn't work so we couldn't use it and after 10 minutes I noticed MORE ANTS! So the moved us to an upgraded room only because they had to. I had to move rooms twice. The beds kinda suck but what really sucks is the throw pillows they use for the beds and there absolutely horrible pillows, even cheap ones from Walmart would be way better. The hallway carpets are very dated and dirty and have wrinkles so it's just a gross tripping hazard. The checkout service with the manager i assume was was horrible she was kinda rude and condescending and not helpful at all as I look for some sort of reimbursement all she did was send me a $50 best western gift card. For all the inconveniences and bug infestation there should've been a way bigger reimbursement but the lady didn't want to talk about it. Absolutely horrible experience would never recommend to anyone please dont spend your money here. Response to the owner: I didn't yell at anyone I was pretty respectful considering the circumstances. Whoever was at the front desk has no customer service skills and didn't tell me that she couldn't do anything other than give points she was also condescending and had an attitude with me from the start.

  my sister and her fiancé are staying there right now as i am writing this. she’s too nice to get on and write a review so i will on her behalf… they are on their THIRD room change due to a bug infestation. my family and i will never be staying there and she has stated she will never return. save your money and don’t stay here.
