    Recently stayed at this establishment Good Friday and Saturday. Our room was excellent. Due to the fact I require a walker because of a disability everything was accessible. The lady who made our breakfast was awesome she helped me with my waffles and was very friendly and took the time to help.me, outstanding customer service.all staff members very friendly and helpful. We stay at this establishment often as my family lives in Woodstock. Would not stay anywhere else. Thank you so much Linda Bradley

    I was coming back to United States. They did make a few exceptions for specially me loved the place peaceful quiet good night

    Where do I start with this review. We arrived on Friday evening because London hotels were full due to a hockey tournament so we travelled to Woodstock. Had a great stay in the room and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was not till the morning everything went downhill. When waiting to check out that took 5 minutes for us to be noticed as staff were all gathered at the island tables having a morning breakfast party and not paying attention to the front desk. 5 minutes later the front desk lady noticed us. Comes to the front counter and asked if we were checking out, I said yes. Already annoyed because the staff would rather laugh and carry on instead of working. The front desk lady had a mouth full of food while speaking. Continuing with the food in her mouth asked if we enjoyed our stayed. No one needs to see someone with a mouth full of food when being spoke to, it was absolutely disgusting and should of never happened. My response back was, yes until now, she said What? I replied with I didn't stutter, while leaving. Even her appearance was lacking. (And apparently pointing that out in the email was wrong while speaking with the hotel manager on the phone this morning. Opinions are not allowed I guess either). I emailed the hotel on Monday about my experience and spoke to the manager about 20 minutes ago(Next Day). The manager tried to cover or make excuses the manager said that other another woman said I swore, which I never did because if I did the entire lobby would of heard it. Even if I had swore it's not against the law or anything like that but that is the excuse the manager used. There is a time and place for when people are to take breaks and knowing that everyone is checking out by a certain time breaks should be set around that so that customers are taken care of first. The lack of owning the wrongs that were done are not there and was only given an apology near the end of the phone call. There are better hotels in Woodstock that do not act this way or use lies to try and cover their screw ups. Holiday Inn and Suites and yes even the Tulip Motel. I/we won't be back to this hotel ever again only because of how people presented themselves unprofessionally. I only hope moving forward they learn from this and bring themselves to the standards that is Best Western because this was not it.

    The staff were fabulous very accommodating quick to answer questions provided a fabulous stay Everyone was friendly the whole hotel was very clean comfortable We loved our time there
