We have stayed at this hotel a few times, the price is right and location is great! However, both times the concierge made me realize maybe hospitality and professionalism is extra paid service and we didn't get the memo. Both times her demeanor said nothing but I dont want to be here and I dont ask me questions. She was short and even sarcastic. By the end of the interaction your happy to be out of her presence. I know we all have our off days but this was unreal! Some coaching is very necessary with this woman.
The room is adequate, quite cold, but reasonably updated.

This property did not meet my expectations for a Best Western. It felt more like an attempted update of a motel ( lipstick on a pig) and was significantly overpriced for the level of comfort and amenities offered.
I was in the province for a three-week stay, traveling back and forth between Windsor and Sarnia, and booked this property solely because it carried the Best Western name. After staying here, I checked out early and relocated to another hotel just down the road on the same side of the street, where I stayed for the remainder of my time in Windsor.
The front desk staff member who checked me in was pleasant and professional. However, the staff member at checkout was noticeably less courteous and came across as quite rude. As an Elite Status member who has stayed at many Best Western properties across Canada, I have never been informed of a charge for late checkout, nor do I believe this aligns with Best Western policy. The manner in which this motel’s late checkout fee was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive.
While the room appeared generally clean at first glance, I had concerns about overall cleanliness and safety. I could not help but notice there were three locks on my door, which raised questions rather than providing reassurance. Additionally, the hallway and lobby had an overwhelming odor of marijuana, which significantly impacted my comfort.
The property is located beside a Tim Hortons, and my room window faced the drive-thru, making it impossible to open the curtains. I also observed several questionable individuals loitering uncomfortably close to the motel, further contributing to safety concerns.
The breakfast options were unappealing, and I chose not to participate.
Overall, this property did not align with the standards I associate with the Best Western brand. I will be bringing this experience to Best Western’s corporate complaints department, as I feel misled by the branding. I DO NOT recommend staying here if comfort and safety are a priority.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Came here on Dec 12th, 2025 on business and arrived at 1:30 am. Had to wake up at 6:30 to make our delivery. I asked the front desk for a late check out of 12:30pm because we barely slept. By the way, I am a diamond member elite status for their so-called membership rewards, and was told it would be an extra charge of 20.00 per hour! I have stayed in a lot of Best Westerns to achieve this diamond elite status, and have always been accommodated until at least 12;30 sometimes 1:00 pm for free. Until I came to this hotel. I’m very displeased as a customer, especially since we only arrive at 1:30 am!!!! Plus, the hallways smell like paint and marijuana, and the breakfast was one of the most disgusting breakfasts I’ve ever eaten in a hotel! They didn’t even have ketchup for the dry, over microwaved “sausages” they had to offer. Also, our room with Queen size bed, was VERY tiny! I’ve yet to see such a small room!! It didn’t even have a little couch or chair to sit on!!
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again when I come to Windsor. I’ll stay at one of the better ones that actually have a pool, hot tub and better breakfast!
To anyone thinking of staying here….DON’T! By the way, when I mentioned to the manager that I would be leaving a bad review because of the lack of service, she looked at me like she didn’t care and said, it’s ok go ahead!
This is by far the WORST Best Western I’ve stayed in to date. They will NEVER get my business again!

The staff at the reception was professional. The rooms were cozy and clean. I would prefer to have more towels because I don’t feel comfortable asking for more towels usually but the overall experience was good.
