I called them and I was given a case number and was told to expect a call back within 48 hours. No call back whatsoever for 3-4 days. So I called them back and again, whoever answered has no clue how to deal with it. He told me he will update the case and said case number is still the same and I should get a call back very soon. No response at all. I called them one more time after few days, obviously a little mad and rude on phone with them and then the answer I got was, probably they didn’t find it in the room that’s why you didn’t get a call back. I will give them 0 ratings on customer service. It was my friend who booked the room. And he also mentioned he never got his 43 dollar security deposit refunded to him. He too tried calling few times for it and just gave up. Worst experience ever smh!!
