I booked this hotel for 1 night, keep in mind the only reason is for my daughter to swim in the swimming pool. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and directed us to our room. However, as soon as we got in, we were hit with a small sour odour and when we opened the door to the bathroom, the door literally fell off. We requested for a change of rooms, and they moved us to a higher floor. When we went back down to our old room to pick up our stuff, we realized that the door couldnt be properly locked. From the outside, with just a strong push, the door would just go flying open, even when it was locked. After a few hours in our new room, we went down to swim. When we got to the swimming pool, the management lady said it was under maintenance and would take about another hour. (when we went it was open and open for another 4 hours). We came back after an hour, expecting it to be opened but then the lady said it would take another hour. We were really frustrated because the only reason we booked this hotel out of many other hotels was because it had a swimming pool. Finally, after 2 hours, we finally got to swim. Overall, the management was pretty disappointing because why do you have to maintain during opening hours? Anyways, the location is very nice, there are multiple restaurants on the road.

We were pleasantly surprised that the beds were so comfortable. My daughter and I stayed there a month or so ago and we decided to stay at the hotel on Huron. The price of the room was much better than a few of the others I checked. Most of them quoted $300. Plus! I am so looking forward to seeing all our family and friends. Thank you

Was completely unable to contact the hotel. Once I got through 3 layers of automated voicemails I finally managed to speak to someone who worked for IHG. They then transferred me once again to what seemed like a scam!
