Housekeepers and even the maintenence employees are wonderful. We stayed 4 nights, the price is reasonable, parking is free, the shower has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We had a issue with our heat, Robert had a maintenence man come up and fix it within 15 minutes of me letter him know we had a issue. They have streaming on the 55 inch TV, so we were able to watch Netflix. This location has complimentary coffee, take whatever you need just don't take extra is my feelings on that. The complimentary breakfast is the best breakfast we've had out of 100's of hotel's we've stayed at. We had a suite on floor 7, it was big, quite and it was very nice, it has a seperate area with a sink and frig. We didn't use the pool, the workout area has complimentary water refill dispenser. The bathroom lacks ventilation. It wasn't a big deal for my husband and I. We will be back. Thank you

Rylie at the front desk provided outstanding customer service and personally attended our room to take care of our requests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other sport teams looking for accommodation in the Windsor area.
