    The staff 100 percent! Had an issue on my end with a booking error which was quickly fixed by the fantastic ladies at the front desk. They were quick to action and were able to fix my mix up and check me in quickly. Very much recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, updated and they were able to put my geoup of friends in close by rooms. Breakfast was good, they had all the staples including some hot selections. The 24 hour coffee and tea was a bonus.

    3 stars because the heater in my room didn't work correctly. Apparently the hotel upgraded their wiring a while back but not the in-room heating/ac units. So they frequently blow a fuse and then when it's reset I was told to turn it up 2 degrees every 20min. It was 60F in the room and I had to go out. Very cold sleep. Also there's a bit of mold along the caulking of the shower. Seems like a hotel that was great when it opened and now has seen better days. Pros: staff was super friendly and the beds are comfy.

    Robert was wonderful, helpful and he got us checked in quickly. Patrizia was very sweet and welcoming to us too. They all work as a team. Housekeepers and even the maintenence employees are wonderful. We stayed 4 nights, the price is reasonable, parking is free, the shower has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We had a issue with our heat, Robert had a maintenence man come up and fix it within 15 minutes of me letter him know we had a issue. They have streaming on the 55 inch TV, so we were able to watch Netflix. This location has complimentary coffee, take whatever you need just don't take extra is my feelings on that. The complimentary breakfast is the best breakfast we've had out of 100's of hotel's we've stayed at. We had a suite on floor 7, it was big, quite and it was very nice, it has a seperate area with a sink and frig. We didn't use the pool, the workout area has complimentary water refill dispenser. The bathroom lacks ventilation. It wasn't a big deal for my husband and I. We will be back. Thank you
