The room was clean and spacious, it was really nice! The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. They are pet friendly which is convenient too. The only downside was that the pool was super busy and packed with screaming kids haha. Maybe we just got unlucky because we were there on the weekend and there was a hockey team staying there. Otherwise, 5 stars!! We had a really nice stay 😊

Sushma is a delightful human being. She is attentive, friendly and precise. The breakfasts are stellar... Something for everyone. Hot food, healthier fare, etc. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool, while lovely, was a tad cold. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for a quiet weekend getaway with our two kids, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—St. Jacob’s Market is right across the street, and it was amazing to explore! The rest of the time we just relaxed at the hotel, and the kids had a blast at the pool. They especially loved the jacuzzi bubbles in the pool and the little splash pad—it was such a fun, kid-friendly setup.
The entire hotel felt very welcoming for families, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with something for everyone. It made our mornings so easy and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I booked online, got everything confirmed, and even showed up on time. When I got there, they claimed I never booked anything and acted like it was my fault. I showed proof and they still brushed it off like it didn’t matter. Then, out of nowhere, they told me I’d have to put down a $500 security deposit just to continue — are you kidding me? That’s beyond unreasonable.
The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and made no effort to fix their own mistake. I left feeling completely frustrated and disrespected. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine what the rest of their service is like. Save yourself the stress — go somewhere that actually values your time and doesn’t make up random fees at the counter.

I have absolutely loved our experience thus far at staybridge. We are here for over a month and I already feel like we have transitioned so well as a family and that is all because of the lovely staff here. We are a family of 4 plus an elderly grandfather. Every morning the kids and I walk by the front and get a welcoming hello and smile by reception.
I’m alone with the kids most of the time while my husband travels farther for work now, it can feel overwhelming in a place that’s different than your own. I am truly appreciative all the care and kindness they have shown me here.
Our favourite experiences thus far have been breakfast, a time that family comes together and a time I miss my partner the most. The kids and I are always treated so kindly by the staff here. They always engage with my kids and have gone out of their way each time and made me feel supported.
Thank you Sushma, Bhavya, and Simran and Akash for all the kindness you’ve shown us. Breakfasts have been made to be a joy because of you all here.
For a long or short term stay, everyone from management to housekeeping have made it feel like home. Thank you Rean housekeeping for making the cutest animals out of towels for us everyday too, it’s a beautiful surprise the kids and I always look forward to!
