The general manager, Sean Nemette, along with all the staff, have treated us with respect and kindness throughout this time. They are pet friendly which is convenient too. The only downside was that the pool was super busy and packed with screaming kids haha. Maybe we just got unlucky because we were there on the weekend and there was a hockey team staying there. Otherwise, 5 stars!! We had a really nice stay 😊

The location couldn’t be better—St. Jacob’s Market is right across the street, and it was amazing to explore! The rest of the time we just relaxed at the hotel, and the kids had a blast at the pool. They especially loved the jacuzzi bubbles in the pool and the little splash pad—it was such a fun, kid-friendly setup. The entire hotel felt very welcoming for families, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with something for everyone. It made our mornings so easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!
