We are located in the heart of Southern Ontario and just steps to the St. Jacob's Farmer's Market, Antique Market, and Factory Outlet Mall. We are just over an hour west of Toronto and our hotel is only a short drive from the Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF). We are one of the closest hotels near RIM Park as well as the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College.

- CLClaire Ludington2 days ago1.0Filthy bathtub and only half the lights in the suite worked, beds were uncomfortable and the entire hotel was noisy, constant alarms going off in the lobby. Dried blood droplets in the elevator that were still there the next morning, despite multiple staff using the elevator. Discussed my concerns with the front desk and was ignored. Considering I paid almost 400 dollars for one night I will never go back to this hotel nor will I recommend it to anyone.

If I had one complaint, the security guard told me to return to my room after trying to go get ice at around 10:45pm…kind of a miserable guy, but otherwise great place for a stay.
