If you like a tour of dusty Lego models this is for you. Most of the practical displays showing how Lego blocks are manufactured either don't work (Archimedes screw) or just old and in need of replacement. There is a Lego model village with poorly operating controls for kids to press, dimly lit, but again their function is poor (press a button and a small bear appears). There is Merlin ride which is probably the best feature of the place, plus the 3D movie show. The Lego build area is fairly boring and of course the main event that they are in business for is a large store selling Lego. In short an underwhelming Lego experience

your employee, Preeya?, was completely unprofessional, on her phone every time we saw her, and rude when my daughter and I asked for help at one of the rides. when I asked for a manager, she said she was one but a manager shouldn't be acting like that. other staff at your location were kind but with that kind of leadership, we won't be coming back

Toooo expensive, not worth.
A small place in Vaughan mills mall.
The ticket they charge for this small place, one can easily enjoy whole day in Canada wonderland.
Though every other place charges similar but others have lot to offer but this place is just a big shop in Vaughan Mills Outlet Mall.

Way way way overpriced for what it offers. I went there because it was "Legoland'. I thought it would definitely be jaw dropping. The main thing you're paying for is for the kids to go and play Lego blocks. It was $120 for 2 kids and 2 adults. The place is small and there's not a lot to do. You're just paying for the 'Lego' brand. The ticket booth also recommends to stay for 2 hours, I guess to limit crowding? And so Legoland gets to keep cashing in more guests...If I pay $120, I'm staying all day. There are way better AND cheaper attractions/ indoor playgrounds that are way cheaper.

The absolute worst time at Lego land Discovery centre Vaughan. The manager Jose is extremely rude and needs training on customer service. I have NEVER been spoken to or treated to so poorly. We bought tickets for 2:30pm and the line up was around the store so we started waiting at 1:45pm. We reached the front of the line at 2:15pm and Jose didn’t even make contact with us and kicked us out of the line and sent us to the back of the line to wait for getting to the front of the line 15 minutes before our time slot.
We then had to wait for over half an hour to get in again. Mind you, we have two small children who were extremely restless when we got to the front of the line the first time. We asked for a refund since our kids were restless, and were sent back to Jose who basically laughed at us and didn’t even want to speak to us. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but I have never experienced someone so rude. We were thinking of doing our son’s birthday party here but wanted to check it out first, and I will never go back here. I will also be sure to tell our friends and family how extremely pleasant Jose and the staff at Lego land are. Never again.
