My wife and son and I spent 3 days here while in town. We were very pleased with the hotel, our room, the staff and cleanliness. We always stay here when in town. A free breakfast is provided, nothing fancy. They have a very nice indoor pool area, though it is on the small side. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Vaughan Mills shopping centre, Wonderland, when open, and many restaurants and fast food establishments. It’s a middle of the road, family style hotel. Lately, their prices have risen a bit too much. I will continue to stay here when in town, as long as they don’t keep raising their prices. 💥👍

I had better service here than most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Seriously. I was attending a conference at the Universal Event Space and this is a short walk across a parking lot to that space.
Room was clean and good shower! The staff were wonderful - SO wonderful. Kind, generous, prompt, friendly. The man monitoring the breakfast is a 10/10 and I should have gotten his name because he could be one of the kindest humans I've met and I told him so.
Breakfast bar was pretty great too and I am a picky breakfast eater (lots of healthy options).
Honestly, the staff here are superior to some 4 & 5 Star Properties I've stayed at and I am kind of an accommodation snob (in a good way). Thank you! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently checked into this hotel with six rooms reserved for a wedding party. From the moment of our arrival, the front desk receptionist, Kim, provided exceptional service. She was professional, courteous, and went out of her way to ensure that our check-in process was seamless. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made an excellent first impression and set the tone for our stay.
The hotel itself appears modern and well-maintained. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was polite and accommodating.
Overall, our experience was outstanding. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Kim for her professionalism and for making our stay truly enjoyable.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room by phone due to an emergency at home and specifically confirmed that dogs were welcome. However, upon arrival, I was informed of a $150 surcharge for my dog, which was never mentioned during my booking call.
I called the manager the following day to discuss this discrepancy and left a message, but I did not receive a call back. I recently checked my Visa statement and discovered a $200 charge on my card. I attempted to call the hotel again but was unable to reach anyone.
I urge you to address this issue promptly. This lack of communication and the unexpected charges have significantly impacted my experience.
