  The location was good close to our event and Wonderland the room was clean. The food was available at breakfast. There was a good hot breakfast free With egg omelette, sausage, bagels, English muffins, cereals, and juices and 24 hour coffee and water and the security feature for the elevator, which I appreciate it the only thing was the location was very noisy at night time, and the curtain does not have a blackout feature and was hard to sleep with all the lights from this city. The curtain was very see-through this hotel house refugees, and Provided some people needed government assistance. I believe the international hotel group such as Holiday Inn and this hotel, and Crowne Plaza hotel does work with founded programs. It was in the CBC news article as well and I was not told about this until after I stayed here and saw that 80% of the hotel was housed by Asylum seekers, shelter, seeker and refugees. I was not bothered by most of them, but I was bothered at the end of my stay, give them some of my muffins and yoghurt and open the elevator for them with my key I was harassed at the end of my day and at the night to open the door using my elevator. OK I did not realize they were from this program until at the time of my checkout and my key did not work and I was treated very rudely and poorly will probably not use this hotel again it’s too bad because the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable and the room is clean and housekeeping staff was nice and the front desk was nice. Very disappointing how this very luxury hotel has went down

  Have been staying here for Christmas for last two years. There's a very long wait on the check in inspite of me making the booking about two months in advance. We were even told that there is no booking. We showed our booking number and everything for them to dig deep in their system and finally find our booking. The heating unit in the room we were given thereafter was very loud. All in all, not upto expectations.

  Fairly new hotel in a industrial area by busy intersection. Nice security feature needing to tap room card to access elevator floor. Plenty of parking just need to register your plate. They have a small market for those needing convenience items for purchase. The breakfast was one of the worse I ever seen for continental breakfast. Lack of choices and the 3 hot items thet had run out quickly without being replenish. No pancakes and coffee selection was limited to 1 kind. Room had a weird smell when ac was being used. Very close proximity to airport but one side of hotel is noticeablely louder than the other. For light sleepers thag may be a problem. Service Desk was not manned but staff did come out to help after a small wait. They had a firm and a soft pillow on the bed so you can choose what you want. Room does lack basic amenities like slipper, napkins, laundry bag etc. Overall not a bad experience but really need to work on the food section.

  They used so much air freshener in the room it was literally a biohazard. I was on a business trip with a roommate so switching rooms wasn't exactly an option. The night of stay was unbearable.
