  I had a truly wonderful experience with Holiday Inn service, especially thanks to Mr. Amjad Khan.(21April26) I accidentally left my card at the airport while withdrawing money, and it was a very stressful moment for me. However, Mr. Amjad Khan went out of his way to help. Even though he already had another guest with him, she wanted to get down to T1 ,he kindly requested her permission to wait and took me back to the airport so I could retrieve my card. I deeply appreciate the understanding shown by the other guest as well,she also agreed What touched me even more was that he offered me his phone to help block my card immediately, ensuring my safety and peace of mind. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help went far beyond his duty. I also noticed how respectfully and warmly he treated other passengers, especially elderly guests. It truly reflects his kind-hearted nature. Thank you, Mr. Amjad Khan, for your support and humanity. I will always remember this gesture. Holiday Inn is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate person on their team.

  Really close to Toronto Pearson International Airport. You can take a shuttle bus from the Airport at Gate F and they will have a bus to drop you off at the airport too. Breakfast is also good and have many variations including Halal food. The bed is so comfy to have a good rest. There has 24 hours Subway near the hotel and you can cross the road to the Starbucks.

  My first visit to Canada as part of an official visit.The stay was a memorable experience.The rooms were clean and tidy.The housekeeping was professional and prompt.Mrs Jessica at front desk and Manager Sajith Joy was very helpful and supported me as a fellow countrymen

  We stayed here for a large work meeting, then for an extra couple of nights for Toronto time. The experience for both was excellent, and the meeting food and service were exceptional (and I have lots to compare this to). Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Twice our air conditioning quit, and both times it was fixed; the second time we were given complimentary drinks in the restaurant. The shuttle was helpful, and we were dropped at a good place for getting the express public transit to the subway line. We would definitely stay here again and book meetings here again.
