  I've stayed in many hotels and this is by far one of the best I've ever been to. Pros- Everything was very clean Everything worked Bed was extremely comfortable Heat/ac unit was very quiet Barely any outside noise Shuttle to and from airport was extremely reliable Everyone working there went above and beyond to help and was very friendly Breakfast variety is awesome! (They even had muffins) also good coffee 12pm checkout time for members Cons- It's a bit far from everything, but the train station is right at the airport, so the shuttle solves that for the most part if you're carless This hotel made me feel like I was on a proper vacation! I recommend 7th floor for the best views if possible.

  This hotel was the best option of those offered by Air Canada for a missed flight. It's new, not too far, and the room I had was very spacious and modern. My only frustrations were with the shuttle, as I missed one and it was a long wait for another one and, while there are restaurants 'nearby', they can seem far if it's cold and you're walking. The front desk did say you could use Uber Eats however, and there is a complementary breakfast (which because of my early flight I didn't get a chance to try, but it's a nice extra in a courtesy hotel), coffee machines, and a small snack bar. I would choose this option again from those offered by Air Canada - recommended.

  I was recently here for a photoshoot and had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival staff was friendly at check in. I had just missed breakfast the first day and the girl that was cleaning up went and got me a few bananas I was looking for. She didn't have to as breakfast room was closed, but she went out of her way to do so. I was carrying a large amount of water and the front desk staff asked if I needed help. I thanked them but I could manage. The gentleman cleaning the elevator helped me with it and helped me to my room and opened the door for me. Very courteous. I had called maintenance for a few small things and both times they were within 5-10 minutes and asked if I needed anything and how the room was. Breakfast was lovely. Always coffee and tea available. Hotel is clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Lot of plug ins in the room. Gym was clean. The part of the stay that surprised me most was every day, they would text and ask how my stay was going. If I needed anything. I have never had that from a hotel before. It was a very nice personalized touch. The housekeeping always met me with a smile and a good morning. When coming and going the staff at front desk always greeted you and asked how everything was going. Its the little things like that which really makes the stay pleasant. Free shuttle to and from airport makes it easy to go jump on the train at the airport to downtown. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel like a valued customer.

  Recently stayed with my husband, daughter and son for the Provincials hockey tournament for my daughter. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We stayed Saturday April 11, 2026 to Sunday April 12, 2026. I booked our stay over the phone using our team block out. Check-in was fast, because I'm a member, I received a "welcome gift" which was a small bag of cinnamon rolls, and a Reese's Pieces chocolate cups. Luckily I do not have allergies, as this was not a question asked upon booking, I was surprised that specific chocolate bar was in my room. The lady at check-in was aware there would be just one water bottle in the room, so she did supply me with two addition bottles. Again, surprised she didn't provide four as we are a family of four. The room was clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom (room #314) did not work. I did let the reception know this at check-out as we did not find it was that big of a deal to mention while we stayed in the room. In the evening we sat with two other families in the seating area by the computer and front desk where we were greeted by a massive mouse. A Dad from the hockey team stopped the mouse on it's tail, and put it in the garden bed out front. We alerted the front desk staff as no one was standing at the desk at this time. The staff member took his phone outside, took a picture and sent it to his manager. He came over to speak with us and also told us they have been having an issue with mice present in the building. He asked what rooms we were staying in, however did not write them down, and said he would speak to the general manager regarding the mice and experience. Because this is an airport hotel, there was lots of traffic of shuttles, pick up and drop offs at all hours. The breakfast in the morning was pretty standard, but lacked two egg options (just cheese and veggie omelette's not scrambled for the children) , and just sausage, no bacon. Seating is very limited, however staff is very attentive with replacement items when things are low. At check-out I let the receptionist know our experience once again about the mouse at night, he indicated too that they are aware, and have a company who has been coming in to deal with the problem. Because of the mice, we are highly likely not to stay with this hotel again. The only other thing is at the time of booking we were not told that parking would be $30.00, this was told to us at check-in, however, since we were a group for the hockey team, it was reduced to $15.00 for the night.
