  Minseo is the best assistant at the cafe. She is very sweet, nice, respectful, professional and especially she makes best latte!

  Honestly I was soo excited to stay at a four seasons hotel ! However , I do think they are extremely overrated considering the price. It was around $1000 per night which is ridiculous but I was willing to spend the money on it if I was getting what I paid for. It is in the heart of Yorkville with all of the best restaurants but I found the details of the hotel to be extremely underwhelming. For such a luxurious hotel you would expect everything else to be luxurious as well. I am extremely keen when it comes to specific details and I found that I have a better 100% hotel cotton robe and slippers at home. They felt cheap and the slippers were practically paper thin. The ice in the ice machine came out in large random rigid chunks (at least have normal cubed ice??), we were not a fan of the espresso in the room or during room service and my fiancé did not like the flavour of the pods at all. The espresso was really gross. The room service is very pricy but again we were willing to spend considering we expected the quality of the food to reflect the price. The food was extremely plain and underwhelming. I make better food at home unfortunately. The juices were also very underwhelming and I make better fresh pressed juice. The bed was comfortable but we did sleep hot. It would be lovely if they had Egyptian Cotton bedding instead to create that luxury cooling feel that we love in a hotel. The pillows were nice but honestly nothing special , the bed was overall a 4/10. The service was great but overall considering we spent $3000 to spend 2 nights here with only one dinner and one breakfast (nothing else was paid for) it was overall very underwhelming and in my opinion extremely overrated.

  The bar and restaurant is not the focus, very unassuming. Food menu is great, offers the usual.

  Turn down service was a nice touch. Lovely hot pool, swimming pool and infrared sauna. Mattress and pillows were exquisite. Very supportive.

  Le pire des Four Seasons que j’ai essayé dans le monde le service est normal sans plus la nourriture est décevante pour le prix ça aucun sens bref peut être juste que c’est comme ça partout à Toronto aussi mais bon pour ma part c’est celui que j’ai été le plus déçu de tout les four seasons que j’ai essayé
