  The InterContinental Toronto is in an excellent downtown location, within walking distance of just about everything. Parking is conveniently located beneath the hotel, easy to access, and reasonably priced. The rooms was spacious and clean. Most importantly, the service truly exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being checked in by Yaroslav, who was fantastic from start to finish. He ensured we had a beautiful room with a great view and had our bags delivered promptly. The highlight of our stay was his thoughtful gesture of giving my girls stuffed animals—they absolutely loved them. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

  We recently hosted a work conference at this hotel. One of our attendees had a medical issue and needed to extend their stay unexpectedly. We worked to get this person set up.with in-room food they could eat and some extra clothes. Anna at the concierge desk went above and beyond in every aspect to help us navigate these hurdles, not just suggesting ways to do so, but doing some of these things herself. Little details like asking if we wanted receipts or tags removed from delivered items as it may be a gift. Checking for permission to call the room before a delivery in case the attendee should not be disturbed. These were small gestures but appreciated beyond measure. She was absolutely amazing to work with and put this hotel's service at the top of my list for future bookings.

  My recent stay at the InterContinental Toronto was made truly unforgettable thanks to the outstanding service provided by David. From the moment I arrived, David went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, comfortable, and personalized. His professionalism, warm personality, and attention to detail are the kind of qualities that elevate a good hotel experience into a great one. David anticipated my needs before I even mentioned them and handled every request with genuine care and confidence. It’s rare to meet someone who not only excels at their job but clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Because of David, my stay felt effortless and enjoyable. The InterContinental is lucky to have such a dedicated and exceptional team member. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel thanks to the memorable service he provided. Highly recommended. 👏

  Intercontinental Hotel Toronto is one of the best hotels in Toronto. It has a great location, nice rooms, and amazing front desk and supporting staff such as concierge, bellmen, and housekeeping. I would like to recognize the wonderful and consistent service I've received from the Front Desk members including but not limited to: Paul, Ardiz, Yuraslav, and the lovely David Paes who consistently provide amazing service, with a joyful smile and always ensure that you are happy with the assigned room. Rahman and Alexandra from the Ambassador front desk provide wonderful, professional service, and pay strong attention to detail to ensure that Ambassador benefits are received. I'd also like to thank the bellmen and doormen who always greet with a welcoming smile. And, Boris and Anna from the concierge are always helpful. Intercontinental Hotel is great-- rooms are clean, the location is great, and the staff are wonderful. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

  A very awesome experience! The service was amazing, clean and very impressive suites. The staff was very attentive and followed through to ensure our stay was amazing. The front desk staff made our experience that much better. Make sure to ask for Sherine our concierge who made sure our reservations were on point! She was even able to modify a reservation that was made without her input, securing our spot without a cancellation. Amazing job Intercontinental staff and awesome service Sherine! We will make sure to visit again when we take our next trip!
