I don't understand why the ratings are not high. Yes, this place could be dated, but the room and facilities were very clean. Super close to the airport is fantastic! We booked last minute but everything went smoothly and gave us Kate checkout as well. We even met a cool world traveler, she mentioned that this hotel is her go to hotel. Oh, bed was really comfortable too.

Rooms unfinished or disjointed. While the staff was friendly enough, definitely overshadowed by the substandard conditions.choose it for the proximity to the airport and would not again…really made me question IHG’s commitment to quality…I expected much better at that price and from this brand.

- KYKrista YoungFeb 7, 20262.0Stayed the night before our flight. When we made the reservation we said we needed to park for the week. They commented that would be fine and let the desk know when we check in. Upon arrival there was a spot available for the night for $30!!!! They had no spot available for the whole week. No choice but to park at Park 'n Fly which cost $170. For the fees they charge, they could put it towards some updating. The bathroom door was not much better than a curtain. The only benefit was the shuttle to the airport, however other hotels offer the same service. Will not be staying here again.
