  I booked a room at this hotel and was really excited to stay here. Unfortunately I had some issues with my card and couldn’t pay the security deposit. The manager, Sajith, and his team tried everything they could to accommodate me. They gave me water while I waited for some confirmations and had many suggestions to troubleshoot. In the end, I couldn’t figure it out so they offered me a full refund which was very nice of them. Would definitely recommend staying here. The service team have shown that they go above and beyond for their guests. Next time I stay in the area I’ll be sure to book a room here!

  A group of us stayed here the day before flying out for a family vacation. The rooms aren’t anything special but the hotel location is convenient, plus you can park your car here while you leave which was a huge plus. We decided to go downstairs to the restaurant to have dinner. The hostess was very polite and she sat us down quickly. Our server was so kind and pleasant, we had a great conversation about vacations and where we were going (Aruba). She gave us good drink recommendations (the tropical sunshine was delicious) the restaurant was on the busier side and our server brought everyone’s food and drinks out with no errors and wished us safe travels and fun trip at the end of our dinner. We were very surprised to learn it was only her second week. She seemed like such a pro. If you need a hotel to stay prior to a flight this HI is perfect. Prices are reasonable and if you don’t want to go far out for a bite the restaurant and servers are great.

  I am a local Toronto resident, planed for a mini vacation. Disappointing to see my first 2 " hotel" . My experience with this Holiday Inn EXPRESS is the 3rd hotel, a real hotel experience. Awesome customer services 👌, food is amazing 👏. I wish to share my experience with people,planing to find a hotel , please don't waste your money on other " hotel" This Holiday Inn EXPRESS 😀 would satisfy you ! May be a bit more costly, but you get what you paid for. It is well worth spending a bit higher price , in return, you would experience the same hotel stay just like in the movie. Staff are awesome 👌, don't look further , place your vacation experience right here ! This is a 4.5/5 trustworthy hotel

  It's the Hotel next door! Has perfect songs going on by the Bar and Breakfast lounge to set your mood right.. The smoothies in the breakfast are the best things that make them so wholesome . The rooms have got it all, perfect lighting although they could come up with more lights but that's good too.. The bathrooms have a very calming vibe ✨️ 😌 especially the bathtub... The pool depth goes from 2 to 9 ft, enough to immerse you into the happy vibes😊, plus the steam room to top it off with the Spa that helps rejuvenate you. Also they have a quality of staff and some of them are really sweet including : Zewdu, Allyson, Prathamesh, Zuzanna, & Ankur It's a great place to be at if you wanna unwind and a very interactive & courteous staff. It's about time you try the experience first hand! Cheers ! 🫶🏼🙌🏼

  I would give zero stars or negative, if that were possible. Airport shuttle did not arrive between 1225 and 1250, even though it should be there at 1230. There are also multiple Holiday Inns and different shuttles. Apparently the address is written on the shuttle, but at 1am, after a full day of travel, and being unfamiliar with the city, we didn't know to look for it. When we did get dropped off on the road in front of the hotel, and made our way to check in, we were then called liars, we're told that the shuttle HAD been there, which it was not. Then they couldn't find the reservation with the confirmation number we were emailed. They even told us that number was not valid and that we should have gotten a different email that had another number. Eventually, they found the reservation (with the confirmation number that he said was wrong) and wanted a deposit to stay. This was a complimentary hotel paid for by Air Canada due to a cancelled flight, so we should not be required to pay a deposit. We decided to leave and go back fo the airport rather than take the chance that they'd invent a reason to keep the deposit in the morning. The hotel front desk agent followed us out to the shuttle and then proceeded to continue to argue with us about the shuttle being there, siding with the driver.
