Hotel has very friendly staff and good security. Food is also great. However, our room was very small and smelt like toilet water. The pool area had the same smell and was very dirty. The pool deck was flooded with water and full of hair and dirt. The pool walls were also black from the water level up to the top. Definitely improvements needed. Also, their parking garage only goes up to 5 foot 7, so no pick up trucks or large suv’s can fit. Was not told this and it was very difficult to find nearby parking.

Rooms look lovely, but the purpose is sleeping
Good news! City sounds aren’t a problem
Bad news. It’s because the HVAC system is so loud- at least it’s constant. And they have big ‘do not touch this button’ signs. At 2 am when I still couldn’t get my room below 74F, the front desk said ‘touch the button’. And then they probably wonder why people don’t abide by signs posted….

Honestly it was terrible.
We only stayed here due to our daughter receiving surgery nearby.
We booked it online and had selected one room type. Right before check-in my husband noticed that the room type was changed from what he booked. Luckily he was able to call and they were able to work something out and get it corrected.
At check in we waited a while and then the person had multiple issues trying to charge the card provided. Ended up paying for one night and got told to come down in the morning and figure it out. Thankful for that!
The stay was terrible. The shower had pubic hair sitting in it, beds were uncomfortable, the whole night we were woken up by sirens (for the location maybe the hotel should have made the rooms block more outside noise..)
It was so bad we decided it would be better to sleep in our vehicle in the underground parking at the hospital. Be quieter and more comfortable. Pretty sad given the cost.
Upon checkout we paid and left. Never once asked how it was.
Anytime you call you get handed off to a voicemail after to inquire about how to you can earn a free stay.
For being their "Flagship" hotel, it was a real disappointment.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was a disappointing experience. I called to ask about checking in less than an hour early (3–4 pm when check-in is at 4) and was told I’d be charged extra, so I just waited in the lobby. At check-in, even though I booked and paid a week ahead, the front desk agent asked if the 7th floor was ‘okay’ and put me there. The next morning I was woken up at 9 am by extremely loud construction happening right down the hall, which continued until checkout - funny considering the ‘quiet zone’ signs in the hallway. The hallways are small and it was hard to walk through with my bags because of the giant bins full of wood and drywall for the construction workers. On top of that, it took 15 minutes to even get into an elevator because every elevator was arriving completely full. Overall, not worth the stay

This was one of the best hotels were we stayed on our vacation, clean and brand new. The point is that we did check in with a very rude receptionist: a man rude with tourists, as he found out we were italians he started to talk to us only with gestures, pointing us where to sign with no words or explanations. He also gave us a small room with no view at all, and we said that we were on honey moon. He was very surprised when I started to talk fluently in english asking for the parking, he also said "your english is very good". I said that I used to live in the USA and then he changed his behave. We also found a coffee stain on our bed, but the other female receptionist was very kind to us, she agologize a lot and offered us breakfast for the next day (which was actually very good). Hope this will be helpful for your staff in the future, as tourists are your main source of gain.
