Still it is right off Yonge Street so you have the ability to get everywhere within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Actually I would give them above average over five stars in that regard. The room was very nice and clean. It was great for an overnight
- HLH L4 days ago5.0Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern etwas klein. Das Hotel hat einen Swimming Pool mit angenehm warmem Wasser. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und kommt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin. Es gibt zudem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie einen großen Loblaws in der Gegend. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und buchte uns den Flughafentransfer.

Underground parking is available and keeps your vehicle warm, dry and clear of snow. A good central location for work or pleasure.

Our room was certainly on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. We chose to purchase the breakfast ahead of time, and the selection of hot and continental items was adequate for the price. There are several cheaper breakfast options on adjacent streets, however. The parking garage was extremely expensive and one of the tightest I’ve seen in my travels. There is a more manageable surface parking lot across Wood Street. Overall, price, location, and quality of service make this hotel a valued option for downtown Toronto.
- BBBertoDec 21, 20253.0Overall it wasn’t a bad experience rooms were decent convenient location with plenty of restaurant options staff were pretty nice, breakfast could use some work it’s not the best quality but it’s typical hotel food my biggest problem was the pool you can tell it has not been cleaned in a while you can feel the sliminess around the floor and sides of the inside also the changing rooms were freezing cold which makes it hard for you to change and shower before and after getting out the pool.
