  I'm giving it 5 stars because of the value and because it's always CLEAN. You visibly see the staff cleaning all day and the rooms are kept to a high standard.

  I would recommend staying at another hotel in the area if at all possible due to discriminatory staff, unclean bathrooms, and unmaintained rooms. I recently stayed there with a large group of people booking up a big chunk of rooms at this hotel for an event and had constant problems. In my room I had a tub with a broken drain stopper in it so that couldn’t be used properly and it was also dirty so I had to do my own cleaning of what should have been a clean bathroom to begin with. The hvac system was also not working in my room and we had to have maintenance come up and fix it while we were getting ready seeing as it was so hot we couldn’t deal with it in the first room. We were getting ready for a wedding with a hair team in the suite running no more than the recommended voltage and the power constantly tripped off which had our schedule delayed until I requested they put us in a different room & that fixed the problem of the power (even though the front desk seemed to think it would happen in the new room as well) but not our time delay that it had already caused. On top of that awful room I was stuck in, the front desk staff member “Rosie” I believe was her name used offensive/discriminatory speech while speaking about someone in my group of people that were staying at the holiday inn as well and that is not acceptable behaviour for hotel staff by any means. The only plus to this was the 2 gentlemen at the front desk had very good customer service and handled the situations pretty well which is the reason service gets the extra star

  Everything about the hotel has been amazing, from the staff to the room. It is always an easy and pleasant stay for me.

  Just a quick stay here because we had flight problems that required an overnight layover with an early morning flight. Kiran, the guy at the front desk, was one of the most helpful front desk agents I have encountered at a hotel. He had grab and go bags ready for breakfast, coffee prepared before we left, offered to arrange a wake up call to make sure we did not miss our flight and also offered to help us get set up with a taxi if we needed it. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and the amenities looked great even though we could not use them. Great value. Highly re this place

  This was a lovely hotel, great staff, wonderful room and fabulous free breakfast. Free shuttle from anirport which was only ten minutes. Two small negatives - there was an extra $5.10 hotel charge at the desk when checking in. I did not mind paying it but in future this should have been included in the price. We had paid in full when booking so would prefer to have all extras included at that time. Additionally there was no recycling which we found surprising. Overall would definitely recommend.
