We are very grateful for our recent stay! We especially want to highlight YULIIA, from the breakfast saloon staff. Her service was incredibly professional, and she was always attentive and helpful throughout all the days of our visit. She was so nice to us. Please, let her know that we were so impressed and we wish all the service would be as excellent as she provided. Congratulations on having her on your team! Thank you! We’ll be back!!.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed. Highly NOT recommended!! • Room Quality: The room felt stuck in the 1980s. No modern amenities—no touch panel for lighting, no bottled water, no Bluetooth speaker, no phone charger. You have to manually switch every light yourself. The shower room didn’t even provide a shower cap. For USD 230 per night, this is unacceptable. • Noise: Soundproofing is terrible. I could hear guests in neighboring rooms showering, using the washroom, and watching TV. • Amenities: The only thing they seemed to prioritize was giving you two bins so you can handle your own trash. • Service: They send SMS messages asking for feedback or service requests, but don’t actually respond. When I called for help late at night, they told me to go down to the lobby myself. Staff were unfriendly, and some outright rude. • Facilities: The lobby and restaurant look decent, but the rooms are a completely different story—cheap motel standard. This hotel is highly NOT recommended. Absolutely not worth the price. If you’re considering staying here, you’re better off at the Canopy. After this experience, I would avoid this hotel and probably any other Hilton property.

Great location and nice room. However for over $700.00 a night i was unimpressed thst if I wanted to watch Netflix I had to pay....really??? Although the room was nice modern large, the pillows stunk like old man...yuk. luckily we always travel with our own. Ordered room service french onion soup and a simple tomato pasta...again a $100.00 price. So overall a nice hotel but for the ticket price we expected much more. Oh yeah and we had to also pay for parking on top.

Good afternoon, I’m writing to share my disappointment after a frustrating experience at this Hilton location. I’ve visited many times before, but this stay raised several serious concerns. First, the parking situation seems questionable. Upon arrival, a staff member in the front lobby provided a personal e-transfer address (not a Hilton email) for payment. This made me very uncomfortable, as it did not appear legitimate or consistent with standard hotel procedures. The parking rate also seemed to change depending on who was at the door, which adds to my concern about accountability and transparency. Second, the bellhop who assisted us, named Jacob, mishandled my luggage, which caused damage to both my suitcase and some work items. His behavior came across as unprofessional — he appeared distracted, was slow to assist, and seemed more focused on tips than on providing proper service. Overall, this experience fell far below Hilton’s usual standard of hospitality. I’m sharing this feedback so management can investigate these issues and ensure guests are treated with professionalism and integrity. I have also advised my company to pause future bookings at this location until these concerns are addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sunita Singh-Parker

I stayed here with my boyfriend in October, and I have to say the experience was wonderful! The Assistant Front Office Manager, Danielle, helped us with check-in and assigned us a lovely room. Having worked in hotels myself, I can honestly say she is exceptional! She recommended some great local restaurants and gave us tips on what to do around the city. We also had access to the Executive Lounge, which was amazing. The team there, along with Danielle’s outstanding service, truly made our stay special. We’ll definitely be coming back — thanks to the hospitality!
