Rooms were comfy and well appointed. Hilton digital key and app made check-in process easy. Location is good. Knocked off one star due to room cleanliness upon check-in. Not terrible but not up to Hilton standards.

Good location and mediocre service quality
Hilton Gold members are only offered cold food for its complimentary breakfast. If you pick up anything from the hot food, extra CAD 20 + tax per person will be charged. The servers were also polite but some of them just seemed given up on providing basic service like pouring coffee. No feedback received for +1 week sending feedback form. The room was nice though.

The hotel has a good view and excellent amenities. For its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location in Toronto, making it a top choice for future stays. I really appreciate Brisha, her warm and professional service, which made my visit relaxing and enjoyable.

Hilton Toronto is the best hotel that I have lived. Front desk is very courteous and helpful. Which I informed before I checked in on Dec 23 that I might be check in late. They didn’t have any unprofessional attitude and they were very polite by saying “Thanks for letting us know” Check in is very quick and efficient after a 37 hours train/bus/train trip. And they have worlds nicest elevator and it is very fast. Inside the elevator you can see the whole University Ave and also the whole Richmond St. Didn’t bother trying their food but the lounges/restaurant that they have is a popular spot to be. I also like the fact that you can control the TV through your phone which is nice and modern. I sadly missed their standard room selection a little bit but the hotel is being able to provide me for a room on the 21st floor. And the only suggestion that I think Hilton Toronto or the whole Hilton brand should consider to possibly change or add a policy about incidental deposit also can charged on a different payment method rather than only credit card. (Which some of the Marriott hotels do accepts room rate and deposit charges all on a debit card). But overall it is the best Modern hotel that I lived so far with Hilton but sadly after this one I didn’t plan to return until the next visit to Toronto since I gonna get the credit card sorted out as soon as after holidays. But overall the staff at Hilton Toronto is very very good and helpful.
P.S: bonus point about you can just text them to inquire your inquiries too.

DISAPPOINTED!
Luxury? What luxury? Your standard Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn are more modern.
I didn’t know when booking but the room has connecting doors on both sides! Never seen that before. It didn’t show that on the floor plan, like I’ve seen in other locations. Therefore very little privacy as you can hear your neighbours. If you want silence and privacy then go elsewhere. Don’t even consider the Sheraton it’s another complete disaster there.
The water pressure is pathetic. Even the toilet struggles to flush completely.
Our room was not cleaned properly. I don’t know what other people are saying about cleanliness. Your definition is much different than mine. The light switches were dirty and seemed like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The toilet seat is cracked and had hair on it. The TV screen has finger prints everywhere. The coffee station was the worst of all. There was a inconstant quantity of supplies on the tray. Some items were 4 others 3 and 1 napkin. The coffee sweeter and one of the coffee cups was dirty with dried drops of coffee. Besides the fancy lobby and steakhouse Hilton Toronto is no better than any other hotel. Overrated and poor cleanliness. Either discipline your staff or become a 3 star hotel.
