- SSSina SeyfiNov 6, 20251.0Terrible place. I arrived to Toronto after a long flight, and all I needed was to sleep in a "Quiet" room. Unfortunately, the room was so "noisy". I could hear the room upstairs, when they were moving in their beds!! So everytime they were moving, there were sounds coming from the ceiling. When they were walking, I could hear also! It was like, there was a thin curtain between us, rather than a proper ceiling. To make things worse, I could hear them when using the bathroom or shower. That was so terrible. Even from hallway, I could hear everytime somebody was walking or talking. Things do not end here: the pips in the wall also make a loud sound. I was tired but kept on waking up by the sound. The next day I had an important meeting and this hotel night ruined my energy. The breakfast was also quite disappointing. The options were very limited. I paid $400 for a night, which is way more that what this hotel was worth.
