Terrible place. I arrived to Toronto after a long flight, and all I needed was to sleep in a "Quiet" room. Unfortunately, the room was so "noisy". I could hear the room upstairs, when they were moving in their beds!! So everytime they were moving, there were sounds coming from the ceiling. When they were walking, I could hear also! It was like, there was a thin curtain between us, rather than a proper ceiling. To make things worse, I could hear them when using the bathroom or shower. That was so terrible. Even from hallway, I could hear everytime somebody was walking or talking. Things do not end here: the pips in the wall also make a loud sound. I was tired but kept on waking up by the sound. The next day I had an important meeting and this hotel night ruined my energy.
The breakfast was also quite disappointing. The options were very limited.
I paid $400 for a night, which is way more that what this hotel was worth.

Stayed this week and honestly was pretty disappointed.
Cons:
- Price/Value - $1000 for 2 nights (mon/tues) with taxes/fees. I did not debate the pricing at checkout as I had my son and he isnt very patient.. we were also switching hotels.
- The entry stairwell reaked of urine when we arrived (this was rectified over night).
- Booked a king bed for myself and 6 yr old son. When I arrived they tried to "upgrade" us to 2 queens with a better view... I booked a King, 4 months ago, anything less than a king is a downgrade.
- At 10pm i had uber eats deliver food and when i went outside a prostitute tried to rush me..then turned around when she saw i was female. She lingered less than 10' from the bottom of the entry stairs.
- I didn't expect turndown for a 2 night stay but I was very surprised housekeeping didn't pop in to take the garbage and recycling (it was full after the first day's shopping and food).
- Lastly the floors are disgusting. I wore light colored socks the 2nd day we were there and only had my CLEAN NEW shoes off in the room.. my socks were almost black they were so dirty.
Positives since I hate leaving this negative of a review:
- Bed was comfy, surfaces & linens in room appeared very clean
- Stay was quiet, no issues with noise over night and the heat/cooling system has a nice steady fan
- Breakfast had good variety and varied from one day to the next.
- Staff smiled, greeted me and promptly called a taxi when asked.
- There's a big playground across the road... if you feel comfortable walking around the area (I didn't)
