  Incredible stay from start to finish. Danilo from Guest Relations went above and beyond to make our December visit unforgettable- from a generous room upgrade to arranging express-entry tickets for the Distillery Christmas Market. Every detail was thoughtful and personal, not transactional. You can tell the team genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences, not just filling rooms. Already booked our return stay.

  We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Toronto. The rooms were spectacular and every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. The amenities were equally impressive and truly lived up to the reputation. We were attending a conference at the hotel and it was outstanding. The food quality was excellent across the board, which is rare for large events, and the service throughout the conference space was seamless. The spa was another highlight. The facilities are beautiful and relaxing, and the massage was one of the best we’ve experienced. A special thank you to Charles at the front desk, who was incredibly accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping also went above and beyond. We loved the little thoughtful additions left in the room like a jewelry holder and cable ties for our chargers. Small touches that made a big impact. Overall this was a 10/10 experience and we would absolutely return

  This hotel is so unprofessional does not allow Uber Black Driver to use their restroom. I mean these driver take maybe less than three minutes to used the restroom . What is wrong with that for these driver to use their restroom? These Driver is on the road all day trying to make a living and transporting Customer from the hotel to the airport or airport to the hotel, what they supposed to do if the want to Pee, pee on the road so unprofessionals Also valet need to be more professional

  Incredible 3-night stay. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Breakfast at Café Boulud was of very good quality. The spa is very relaxing and has all required amenities (pool, hot tub, steam rooms, as well as incredible changing rooms). We tried d|bar on our last evening and cocktails and food were delicious, bravo to Guillaume its new General Manager. On top of that, all staff was very caring and made us feel more than welcomed. Special thank you to Lyvie at front desk, as well as Gabriel at d|bar. We’ll definitely be back when in Toronto.

  Our stay at The Four Seasons was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated — the atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail.
