The room we received was not the 2 room suite that was booked months in advance. After arriving early AM at the airport we got stuck in a room with the heat maxed and the fan maxed on arrival. Struggling with the room temp we tried turning off the fan only to find that all you can hear is the elevator bang as it goes by because we got stuck behind it. Further shuttle times are incorrectly printed on the card provided. When you call the hotel, different times are given. We waited at the correct post for over 45 minutes for a shuttle that apparently comes every 30 minutes but only appeared 10 minutes after we called.
I’ve gotten better service and proper rooms at much cheaper hotels.
This is worthy of a zero star if one could be given.

I booked through the Hotels by Day app, and the reservation worked perfectly.
After arriving at Toronto Airport, we followed the signs to the public bus area (after baggage claim, go down one level and then up the escalator to the “Hotel Shuttle” area). A complimentary hotel van picked us up and took us directly to the hotel. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, both to and from the airport, which is very convenient.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and I was even able to extend my stay, which I truly appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
The room was medium-sized, clean, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom had great water pressure. There were plenty of towels, as well as soap, shampoo, and lotion provided. The room also included a mini fridge with bottled water, plus tea and coffee. The temperature was comfortable, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. In front of the hotel there is a Keg restaurant if you want to eat something different.
One downside was the sound insulation, it was easy to hear housekeeping working in the room next door, which affected the quietness. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided more information about its services in a brochure inside the room.
Overall, I still recommend this hotel if you have a long layover in Toronto and need a comfortable place to rest is the perfect place.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the airport and ferried to and from with the shuttle service team we were made to feel welcome and accommodated by front desk reception.
The cleaning team were top notch on the day to day upkeep of the rooms we stayed in and the bar and kitchen staff were all exceptional in service delivered each day.
I will note the very nice atmosphere within the hotel and the other guests been friendly and polite (which is never in control of the hotel but always adds to the experience when positive).
I don't have a bad word to say about our experience and if we come back to Toronto will make this our hotel of choice.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our room experience wasn’t great.
When we checked in, both beds had visible stains, there was no bedding prepared for the pullout sofa, and we noticed a few unclean surfaces around the room. It was disappointing, especially after a long day of travel when you just want to relax.
That said, I do want to mention that Embassy Suites truly has one of the best complimentary breakfasts, the made-to-order omelet station is definitely a highlight and something they do exceptionally well.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that housekeeping standards can be improved, because with better attention to cleanliness, the overall stay would match the strong reputation of the brand.

We stayed at the hotel for two days and it was not the most pleasant experience.
Starting with the front desk. The first front desk agent (unfortunately, I don’t remember any names) was annoyed with my question about early check-in, even though I emailed them way in advance and was told to ask upon arrival. Later, she was super nice and accommodating. But the side eyes and attitude from the rest of the staff were so obvious, they didn’t even try to hide it. Someone would have to remind them what the main duty of front desk staff is.
Anyway, we finally managed to check in. The bed was clean and comfy. The shower was full of different colored hair, and the sink in the kitchenette had dried food on it. I couldn’t manage to clean it even with my nails.
Breakfast was ok the first day and really good the next day, except that on the first day every single (I swear) dish was dirty and I had to clean the dried food myself, because after I checked 5 dishes I realized that I wouldn’t be able to find a clean one.
The staff in the restaurant are above nice and accommodating, can’t believe how big of a difference from the front desk. I’m really grateful for the service they provided.
At the end, I received the receipt and I’m glad that I checked it because I usually don’t.
They charged us over $100 for wine and tips in the restaurant, even though that day we were dining in the city and paid with a credit card in the hotel restaurant.
With all the service, I won’t be surprised if I’ll have to fight for a return haha.
Anyway, two stars for the clean bed (thank God) and the restaurant staff.
