- TTT TNov 11, 20253.0Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Parking was simple, and the free breakfast was definitely a nice bonus! However, the heater was extremely loud, which made it hard to get any sleep. The room was quite cold without it, so we had no choice but to keep it on throughout the night. Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price great service and convenience, but the noise from the heating system was the only major downside.

The breakfast in the morning is amazing and lots to offer. Yes, they are asking for a tip at the end z but they're very attentive. The hotel gym was pretty solid. Easy access to use the airport shuttle to get back/forth to the airport to access the UP train. Would stay there again

Damn sure since I came from home! Well we can mover you to a different room…. We has an extremely early time to be at the airport so I said fine then could sleep because my mind kept going back to the big!!!! I have not been offered any kind of compensation . Just a room on the top floor for a under 6 hours stay
- DDDude6754Nov 3, 20253.0This hotel put a $100 charge as deposit on my card, they told me it would be refunded in the morning -- its a week and still no refund. I prepaid for this room, I asked to be locked out of room charges, and they still did it, saying it was in case I "destroyed the room". INSULTING. I was told if I did not cough up the credit card we would not get our room. I Have stayed in hotels from $30 a night to $1000 a night and have never been told, do as your told or you and your wife can freeze in the dark, its "policy". Oh and I love the lounge, almost $10 for a bottle of beer that cost them $2 and the machine wants a tip your choice 25% 30% or 35%. Wow.
- LMLorenzo MOct 27, 20251.0Would not trust their airport shuttle at all. I booked this hotel specifically because I was arriving after midnight and wanted an airport shuttle. I arrived 5 min before the scheduled time, and waited until 10 min after the scheduled time. No shuttle. Had to take an Uber and was told by the hotel that the shuttle is “approximate”, I think “unreliable” is the correct term. I asked if they could reimburse my Uber and was told no, and that I “should have waited for the next shuttle”, but it was 1am and I had no idea if or when this shuttle would actually come. I understand there are mistakes, but management seemed to shirk any responsibility here and that is what impacted my opinion the most.
