  If I could give 1000’s stars I would. The level of customer service that’s provided at this location is unmatched. At every level, everyone loves what they do…..and it shows! Ryan, Henry, House Keeping Thank You! Jeff (Security) went above and beyond. We forgot something in the room for our son and he dropped it off to us! Forever Grateful! You will see us again!!! Highly Recommended!

  Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, DoubleTree by Hilton is a fantastic place to stay whether you are visiting for work or a short city break. The location makes everything easy, you can walk to major attractions, restaurants, and transit within minutes. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds are especially cozy after a long day out in the city. The lobby feels welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is calm despite being in such a busy area. What truly stands out is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. From check in to check out, they were attentive and quick to assist with any requests. You feel supported and taken care of throughout your stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in downtown Toronto.

  I had high expectations for this 4-star hotel, especially considering the price of $500 per night for a double queen bed room. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the cost. The room was noticeably small and felt cramped, with a low ceiling that made the space feel even more confined. For a property advertised as 4-star, I expected a more spacious and comfortable layout. Additionally, the furniture quality, amenities, and overall services did not justify the high price. The furnishings felt basic rather than premium, and the facilities were quite standard. At this price point, guests naturally expect a higher level of comfort, detail, and service. While the hotel may have a good location or reputation, the value for money simply wasn’t there for me. I hope management considers adjusting either the pricing or upgrading the room quality and amenities to better align with 4-star standards.

  I chose this Hilton property expecting a safe and clean stay, but had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During the night a person was screaming in the hallway outside our room and then urinated directly on our door. We had to call security and the situation felt unsafe and extremely unsanitary. After something like that, it is impossible to sleep or feel comfortable staying in the room. Staff were polite, but instead of resolving the issue properly I was redirected back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com for days. I have now spent four days trying to resolve a single night stay that cost $222. Offering loyalty points for a future stay does not fix a safety and sanitation incident that already ruined the current one. Guests should not have to chase refunds after experiencing something like this. I expected much better handling from a Hilton property.

  I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton this past weekend with my friends, and I honestly had such a great experience that I felt I had to write a review. I’m a student and I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews, but this place really stood out. The service was amazing from start to finish. I’m normally a clean freak, and I was very impressed the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything felt well taken care of and relaxing. I had breakfast during my stay, and it was perfect. There were so many great options, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. I also want to especially mention our server, Juned, who was absolutely wonderful and sweet. As students were are often overlooked and ignored but Juned made sure we were comfortable and were taken care of. His kindness and great service truly made the experience even better. Location was perfect too with many restaurants and activities nearby. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I’m really glad we chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton and would love to come back again.
