I went to this hotel on the weekend with a canceled flight from air Canada. I had a horrible day because of this but this manager named Zaid helped me out and made sure I was taken care of!! I would definitely come back all because of him. He is helpful, explained everything and went the extra mild for me. The restaurant was not the best though as I seen a Filipino woman being rude i believe her name was Jenny.
Besides that I had amazing customer service because of Zaid!!
Feb18 2026. Spent one night before flight. Check in staff do minimum, they told me they would send shuttle to pick me up in long term park since cold , I let them know was going to park they said ok , waited 25 minutes walked back in cold. Room had hot showers told check in when got back they shrugged me off. BEDS very springy felt everyone! Location airport good that's it!

I would not recommend staying here during the holiday season due to the chaos. There was no parking available, and many people were parking randomly on the road in the parking lot, blocking traffic.
When I raised this issue with the on-duty manager, Zaid, I was told that they had not planned for the situation and that it happened suddenly. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, he blamed me, saying I should have arrived earlier. I reached around 10:30 PM.
I simply asked why I was paying for parking for convenience if there was no convenience provided. At that point, Zaid started shouting and accused me of threatening him, even though I have a very soft voice and was speaking calmly.
This experience completely ruined my stay.
Never would I ever stay at this hotel again.
I gave this hotel two chances, and both experiences were disappointing.
The first time I stayed, the WiFi did not work in my room. Strangely, it worked perfectly fine by the elevators, just not inside the room itself. I complained because I had an important online meeting and ended up having to use my phone hotspot. Nothing was done to resolve it.
This past weekend (Friday–Sunday) was even worse. Friday night seemed okay at first, but housekeeping was unacceptable.. the toilet had visible stains that I had to point out to a housekeeper myself to be removed which she gladly did for us.
Saturday night (Valentine’s Day), there was a party on the main floor that went until 1:30 AM. My room was on the 3rd floor and I could hear everything. The music was so loud my bed was literally shaking. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I had to physically go downstairs past midnight with a headache just to speak to someone.
The only solution offered was moving us to the 7th floor where I could STILL hear the music (though slightly less). No assistance was offered to help us move rooms at that hour.
The next morning, I addressed the situation and asked how they planned to compensate guests spending $400 for two nights under these conditions. The response? A “care package” consisting of a bottle of water and a bag of chips.
Completely unacceptable service, lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and zero accountability. I will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone..including my employer.

I recently went to Cannery Restaurant at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport with my friends
and we honestly had such a nice experience.
We went for dinner first, and everything tasted really good. The food was fresh, nicely presented, and came out on time. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxed date night. The next morning we had breakfast there as well, and it was just as good — great options and everything was prepared well.
A special thank you to Victoria, Roop, and Ginny. They were all so friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we were taken care of. Their service really made a difference and added to the overall experience.
We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely come back again.
