2 ppl at the check in desk, one was serving another client, the other one (a man) would not even acknowledge me standing there waiting. Did 3 other tasks while I stood there. Asked for a late check out, was told to call in the morning while the other client paid on the spot to stay till 4 pm. Called in the morning and told it was 75 dollars to stay until 2 pm. Dont stay here if you have a late flight out. TV not centered to the bed and not on a movable bracket so you're straining to watch at an odd angle. Stained linens, bath towels barely cover a child, old electrical fixtures didn't work properly, lots of noise from overhead planes but close to YYZ. Free shuttle to airport was the only good noteworthy thing.

Very close to the airport with courtesy shuttle made travel convenient. Rooms and restaurant were very nice. Parking is tight but do-able. Rate was very good. Service was very good. Pool area brings my rating down a bit. The jet spa had weak jets and the bathroom was locked. Overall very good stay.

Location is great, hotel and room itself were good. My major issue was parking. The lot was full the whole 3 days i was here. Despite the hotel being nearly empty ( based on all the open rooms on my floor) Drove around 15 minutes to find a spot. Not acceptable. Otherwise would have given 5 ⭐️

Rooms are clean. They could use new elecical outlets. It's an older building but most rooms—beyond the entrance door—have been updated and are well kept. Constant air traffic flying maybe 100 feet above is noisy, but it is an airport hotel—brng earplugs and an eye mask if you are a light sleeper! Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the regular breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast and honefries) isn't very good. I'm not even sure what the sausages were made from but they had the consistency of wet sawdust. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and the toast was cold and dry; but the homefries were very good (hot, fresh crispy).

There was a lack of parking because they over booked their park and fly and were letting cars park at the hotel. Not only were all the spots in the parking garage taken there were many cars parked in places where they weren't supposed to (blocking in other cars, fire zones, tow away zones, places with no parking signs, in front of exits) which made it nearly impossible to drive through the parking garage to find a spot only to find out that there was no parking spots. There were cars parked along aide fore zones which made access to the hotel difficult and would have been impossible for an ambulance or fire truck to access if either emergency service was needed. When I parked in front of the hotel door temporarily to ask where I could park because there was literally nowhere I could park that wouldn't be blocking access in or out of the parking lot for one or many people (including the shuttle bus in some scenarios), I was told by an employee to move because I was blocking the shuttle bus and if I didn't the authorities would be called to move my car. The employee then told me to drive slowly up the parking garage to find a spot to park (which I had literally did just before going to talk to him). The employee then told me to park in a tow away zone that was also blocking the shuttle bus. I had to take the employee walk him through the parking lot to show him the situation. To add to this there were 5 other hotel residents for the night who were also inquiring about parking who were treated rather rudely. When I am not from the area and live hours from the area, I don't want to be up all night worrying if my car will be there when I leave in the morning. When I stay at a hotel that had a parking fee I expect that there will be adequate parking. If there is an issue with the hotel I expect a manager to be able to be at least contactable in some way shape or form to settle or fix a situation. The way I and other guests were treated as well as the utterly insane parking that was a safety hazard in a myriad of ways is completely unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel and I won't be staying here again.
