About a month ago, I stayed at this hotel for one night with my kids, and it was really disappointing. The shuttle never showed up, and customer service didn’t answer. The front desk staff were unfriendly. The room was dirty, hair on the beds and trash under them. We didn’t say anything because we were so tired and went straight to sleep. We’ve stayed at Best Western many times, but this was by far the worst. Would not recommend.

Made reservation, website says parking $14.99 except there was no parking. The parade was full plus a few extras just parking where the vehicles were supposed to drive. Cancelled reservation, as well as the other reservations I had with best western. I had a good experience in Victoria but I guess that’s where it ends.

I had a nice stay. However parking seems limited and certainly not big vehicle friendly. My room was nice. The thick mattress provided a good sleep with no backache in the morning. My room was on the third floor and to my surprise, when turning on the water taps, instant hot and ice cold water was delivered. The washroom sink drained real well. No pooling at all. The room didn't have any carpeting at and it seems to the growing trend in many of the hotels I've stayed in. Being so close to the airport I found the constant faint sounds of the planes flying overhead not at all bothersome and didn't disturb my sleep. The TV is a big LG firmly attached to the wall and it can't tilt it at all. There's a fairly long desk and a office chair, a safe, a microwave, a coffee maker that I don't ever use. I've watched some videos on hotel coffee makers and the 'suff' hidden inside them. There's a small bar fridge that didn't freeze my small ice pack overnight. Not sure how well it would be able to keep food chilled. The mornings 'free' breakfast was very simple and of the usual items. Scrambled eggs, sausage (which was really good) hash browns, diced Mellon's, orange slices, bread for toast and coffee. The room provided is small with three or four round tables for group sitting. Not sure if people are allowed to it at the tables in the adjoining restaurant. And wasn't invited to do so. This hotel is five floors tall with two elevators that only go the fourth. In order to reach the fifth you need to ride an elevator to the fourth the take another to the fifth. Each floor has a 'snack' vending machine near the elevator but only floors two and four have an ice machine. Overall - a nice stay for one night. The place is very clean and staff very friendly. If it weren't the struggle with parking a bus and having to back out onto a busy street to exit, I can only hope that I'm not called to stay here again while driving a bus or other large vehicles.

2 ppl at the check in desk, one was serving another client, the other one (a man) would not even acknowledge me standing there waiting. Did 3 other tasks while I stood there. Asked for a late check out, was told to call in the morning while the other client paid on the spot to stay till 4 pm. Called in the morning and told it was 75 dollars to stay until 2 pm. Dont stay here if you have a late flight out. TV not centered to the bed and not on a movable bracket so you're straining to watch at an odd angle. Stained linens, bath towels barely cover a child, old electrical fixtures didn't work properly, lots of noise from overhead planes but close to YYZ. Free shuttle to airport was the only good noteworthy thing.
