- JWJody Warrack1 day ago2.0We stayed on either side of our trip to Costa Rica. Rooms are outdated but beds are comfortable. Curtains in both rooms broken so wouldn't fully close. Had to call staff for assistant to get shower tirned on. Took incredible effort to turn on. To the point we thoight we would break it if we pushed any harder. Staff at front desk and in the restaurant super friendly. Shuttle staff were grumpy both times..almost felt as though we inconvenienced them. Restaurant-although staff was lovely, it felt dirty, looked like the floor was mopped woth a filthy mop and both times we ate our food was not good. We will likely not stay at this hotel in the future.

We were flying in internationally and only found out when we got back to Canada so we had to spend two hours to look up another hotel that was available last minute. They said my card didn't go through, but I had another card I could have used to pay for the room when we arrived, but they gave the room away. Why would they run my card before I arrived? Never want to stay at Best Western again after this.

Rooms are pretty outdated, front desk is pretty rude. They can get extremely busy during afternoons. Parking is paid, cost me $30 per day. My itinerary said free parking. Breakfast is a joke. Can probably stay for a night. There are better places than this hotel to stay at.

Yes, you can hear the planes taking off, but that’s part of the charm — you’re very close to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially for overnight layovers. The room had everything I needed, and I felt comfortable and at home.
