  This is not a convenient hotel if you are travelling through Pearson airport. Their airport shuttle only runs hourly, and stops completely from midnight until 5:00AM. Also, the location is difficult to access from the airport and will cost you about $35 by taxi or $25 by ride share to get back and forth. Found this out the hard way. Also, getting an unrequested wake up call at 4:30AM after checking in at 2:00AM was the icing on the cake.

  I’ve stayed here many times, clean rooms, nice staff and decent value. On a recent check in my card was authorized for my first nights stay before I arrived, I was then told to pay the entire amount again and that the first night that they collected was refunded. I was initially told to wait 5-7 business days, I did, nothing. More than 2 weeks have passed now and I was told to wait another 5 days. My credit card provider has confirmed there is no pending refund and or that the authorization hold they used has not been released. I’ve also had my deposits here refunded within 24 hours ever other time I stayed. Now I’m getting the runaround and the bank can’t remove the authorization, they are saying it could take up to 30 days for it to expire.

  Quarto limpo, bons produtos no banheiro, tudo perfeito.... até que duas coisas arruinaram a avaliação .... Primeiro o café da manhã com produtos de segunda linha, um chão horrorossamente sujo e as janelas com resto de comida. Segundo e pior de tudo, uma jovem atendente na recepção de origem indiana, desrespeitosa e sem empatia. Sendo um hotel de aeroporto e que recebe pessoas do mundo todo, a jovem deve se esforçar ao máximo para se comunicar e não esperar que todos falem um inglês perfeito. Estou pagando, pagando caro e exijo respeito. Liguei dizendo que minha esposa iria buscar os celulares, que ela não falava inglês e que iria mostrar o cartão do quarto. Essa jovem não se esforçou para entender e atender a minha esposa. Tive de descer de pijama, mancando, para buscar os únicos celulares que estavam carregando na recepção. Apesar da obviedade da situação essa menina se recusou a usar alguns neurônios a mais e expôs minha esposa a uma situação desagradável. Vá ao Brasil e verá como nos esforçamos em ser gentis. Imediatamente cancelei os outros 3 dias mais a frente que havia reservado e o hotel saiu perdendo. Há 31 anos viajo ao Canadá e definitivamente não tolero mais certas situações.

  ​I have stayed at this property every time for the last six years whenever I fly out of YYZ, and they never disappoint. ​What keeps me coming back: ​The Team: The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Whenever a concern has cropped up, they have been accommodating and quick to find a solution. ​Breakfast: The breakfast team does a fantastic job. There are plenty of great-tasting options, making it a perfect start before a travel day. ​Modern Touches: I appreciate the recent updates to the rooms, specifically the new TVs and alarm clocks. ​Reliable, comfortable, and friendly. I’ll be back again.

  The attitude towards the guests is terrible. Waited 2 hours for a transfer and end up taking a taxi. The first room was very dirty, they changed it to another one in which the bed linen was in stains. The frontdesk didn't even apologize, but just offered to find a housekeeper to clean the room. You are seriously!! I booked a room for my daughter, who went to such a big city on her own for the first time. I tried to organize the most comfortable conditions for her, and in the end, it was a huge stress. The Best Western is a hotel that has always been associated with quality of service, but apparently not all, and it's in the largest city, Toronto.
