- SMScott MacDonald3 days ago3.0Rooms are dated, mattresses very soft. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. I requested a bassinet or crib when booking the room online. They messaged me back via the best western messaging portal, approving the request. They asked me to remind staff upon check in. I did so, and they said it would take 15-20 mins to get the crib. My younger daughter is 11 months old and my older daughter is 28 months. Forty minutes after check in we called the front desk and they said we would "put a note on your file". I went out to the front desk and asked where the crib was or if they even had one, they seemed very suprised and said they hadn't received a request. I showed them the emails and messages in the portal. They were more concerned with figuring out their communication issues than with getting me a crib. I finally said it's 11 o'clock mu daughter needs to go to sleep (late flight in). They finally brought me a crib five minutes later. A bit of strange experience.

Hotel a tad outdated but for good value for money given that free shuttle and breakfast were included (I didn’t use either so can’t comment on that). Toiletries were a pleasant citrus scent. Makeup remover and mouthwash were a thoughtful touch. Multiple pillows with varying height and support. AC/heating was adjustable and can be turned off, which is always a nice option. Free parking in front of the building. Only complaint would be soundproofing, stayed at a room facing the street, could hear the planes as well as guests next door and in the hallway.

- RBRaf BramptonOct 28, 20252.0The check-in was extremely slow and sluggish with lots of waiting. Not enough seats to sit. You name it, it was not happening as required. I'm sure they will have their own version, but what matters is how clients are inconvenienced and that's it that's where the buck stops ! Quality of soap in washroom like a scrubby cheap smelling cake soap 🧼 should be improved. You need more staff you need checking ready systems. Breakfast was deplorable and no better than a quality Inn or comfort inn. It' was pretty poor. Online reviews about this hotel are overstated and arranged in a way that makes this place look better
