  The room was value for money.... Keurig coffee, microwave and a large fridge. The toiletries were also excellent. The airport pickup was bang on time and Amrit was courteous and helpful with information. Khalid gave me a few pointers as well. All in all a very good experience. Tip- please don't charge for a couple of hours extraon checkin.

  Location is great from airport, clean, comfortable, staff are kind and helpful. This will be my choice from now on, everytime i have to travel to Toronto. It has everything we needed. Breakfast and shuttle.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Worst hotel I have ever been in my life. They are dirty. The Uncleanliness was unreal, completely unprofessional when issues were brought to attention, did not follow the standards they say they do. Be prepared for a rude awakening, They were banging on the door at 9am when they told us the night before check out was 12pm asking are you ready to check out. AT 9AM The shower had mold, The bed had hair’s on it as soon as we got in the room, I check as I do every hotel. Super sad I had to spend my money here.

  Hotel was in a good area away from chaos of downtown toronto but close enough to get there fast and to other areas! The room was not clean. The sheets had hair and stains. We requested new sheets and they came quick but those sheets also had hair and did not seem fresh/clean. The service of staff was not great as the front desk people were interesting and did not want to talk much. Breakfast was not good.. not many options and stuff seemed old. Very quiet area and no noise issue. Cleanliness was the biggest concern… and obviously I know I did not pay for luxury but it should be decent clean. I’ve stayed in BW before and never had these issues ):

  The Hotel atmosphere is incredible and the front desk staff have exceptional customer service! They are amazing and make always helpful during my stay, from the moment I arrived until it was time to leave. Jasmine stood out above the rest, she was always positive and made me feel at home. She remembered that I had stayed there before and welcomed me back the moment I walked in the door. If you’re looking for food, she can recommend some superb restaurants, as well as the one in the Hotel. Jasmine happened to be my shuttle driver when I came back from my most recent trip. She genuinely welcomed me back and asked about my trip and experiences. She helped find me another hotel to stay at, when I forgot to change my reservation and the hotel was fully booked. She immediately asked if she could find me another place to stay and called around for me. Jasmine creates a unique and wonderful experience each stay and is the reason this is my main choice of hotels when I travel to Toronto now! I have been in Customer Service and Management for 30 years now, and I would hire her on the spot, if I was located in Toronto. The energy, positivity, kindness, and so much more that she presents with are exceptional
