    We picked this hotel as the brand of Best Western is always exceptional. However we had a couple things that were definitely below the standard of Best Western. Our server Friday night had no extra help which she was amazing and handled it very well. Our room definitely could have used a dust before we got into it. We also got to over hear a loud argument between management and employee No housekeeping the day after arrival to restock coffee , empty garbages , vacuuming etc Our toilet was constantly running and we were unable to have the air on as it made a very loud noise. The pool and hot tub definitely are not maintained daily as there was a bandaid and other items at the bottom of the pool which was a disappointment I just felt that we kept asking for basic services for the price we paid for the weekend which wasn’t inexpensive for a random April weekend.

    I stayed there for 1 night. The vending machine took my money 3 times without giving me anything I told the guy at the desk he didn't do anything he told me to contact the number on the vending machine witch i have 3 times with no response. The worst part is they didn't put a out of order sign on the machine. They just let people to continue getting ripped off. Awful service i don't recommend this place to anyone

    We booked two rooms and while the booking experience was surprisingly great (the staff member who helped us was proactive and helpful), that was unfortunately the only positive part of this stay. We arrived around 10pm to an empty front desk and waited 5–10 minutes just to check in. The rooms were shockingly dirty. One room was so bad we had to ask to be moved — visible grime in the bathtub, dust and handprints on surfaces, and what looked like bodily residue on the headboard and curtains. This was not a “missed spot,” it was clearly not cleaned. When we brought it to the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do. Only after we made it clear we were prepared to leave did they suddenly “find” another room. That room was only slightly better, but by then it was after 11pm and we were traveling with a 6-month-old, so we didn’t have the luxury of continuing to argue. To top it off, the heater in the room wouldn’t shut off and had to be unplugged just to make the room tolerable. At checkout, the manager’s response was honestly worse than the stay itself. He blamed it on cleaners “swapping rooms” (which raises even more concerns), minimized the heating issue, and showed zero accountability or empathy. There was no offer to make things right — not even a basic acknowledgment of how unacceptable this experience was. The overall condition of the hotel reflects the same lack of care: peeling wallpaper, missing trim, and staff standing around while obvious issues go unaddressed. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern. The hotel’s go-to response of “no complaints on file” feels more like avoidance than reality. We left feeling like the cost of this stay did not come close to matching the level of cleanliness, service, or basic standards provided. This was not just a bad stay — it was a complete failure in basic hospitality standards. We will absolutely not be returning.
