    Catherine promised a room for $450 a night which still seems high. I get to the hotel and they give me a bill $760 take it or leave it. They claim that it has everything to do with the system and they have no control. The lack of accountability is frustrating and the front desk receptionist refused to answer my questions or demand an answer. I would never stay here as they run a bait and switch program and won’t honour the booking rates they promise .

    Seeing the growth of Timmins makes me happy. This hotel is proof that this city is growing and people are coming here for business. Hotel is fantastic, rooms are modern and clean, breakfast is great and overall, I can't ask for a better hotel. Pool, gym, conference rooms, and more. Only additional i would make: a complimentary shuttle from hotel to airport every 30mins.

    Book a stay-cation for my daughter. Check in was late, didn't get the room until 4:45 pm. Pool was closed without prior notification before booking. Front desk also did not mentioned this upon check in. The restaurant was closed, although on the website said it was open from 5pm to 10pm. No offer of any compensation for late check in. Very poor experience, will not be recommending this hotel. Price we paid for the room was $361.95.

    Lovely hotel, clean, great staff and the breakfast with fresh omelet made was delicious. Would absolutely return.
