    We spent 3 nights and fully booked but our fridge wasn’t working and we had food with us and the staff couldn’t help until the next day so we bought a cooler to keep our food cold until they can fix it. Once again no one fixed it so I decided to pull it out and 9 pm at night. The vents were so block the fridge could breathe so that’s why it wasn’t working. So two days no fridge and no one seemed to care and the manager still hasn’t responded to my calls. They don’t seem to care about their customers stay away also the food wasn’t good.

    Dont ask the service desk!!! I asked the service desk what the reliable taxi services were because I needed to get to the airport on time. I thought because the staff was from the city and worked at at hotel they would have good information. The response I receied surprised me. no information just " Well thats for you to deal with" Thanks for the help Hampton Inn

    Staff were rude, rooms were dirty, loud all night from top floors and the level we were on. Staff would stand there watching kids swim. Overall worst experience I've had at a hotel

    I travel to Thunder Bay regularly for work and stayed at this hotel twice. Both of my experiences were unacceptable. At breakfast, eggs, bacon, and potatoes were kept together under the same lid, causing clear cross-contamination. As I do not eat pork, I requested eggs and potatoes prepared separately. Although staff agreed, it took nearly an hour while repeatedly being told it would take “2 minutes.” On my next stay, I informed the front desk at check-in and again in the morning about my dietary restriction to avoid delays. Staff were unable to understand a simple request and insisted I come explain it directly to the kitchen staff, offering no alternative despite my previous experience. I ultimately skipped the breakfast and ate dry and dense waffles. Basic food handling, communication, and reasonable accommodation were lacking. I will not stay at this property again.
