  Great experience, fast check in, quiet and clean room, and great breakfast… eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal and love that there is the option to bring to your room. Interesting fact - the breakfast is served on the third floor. The only complaint maybe would be the huge gap under the door towards the hallway but noise level was fine.

  The staff were not nice, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable to be there. They didn’t give me best western rewards price and when I asked for it they actually charged me thirty dollars extra. The room was way over priced $300 for a room that I barely got any sleep in because the pipes are so loud anytime someone uses the water it will wake you up or if someone closes a door it sounds like a slam. I like best western but this branch does the brand a disservice. There is a standard expected if you have the brand name. This is just a motel that charges more because of the name on their building.

  We got stuck in Thunder Bay due to the weather. While we waited to see when the highway would open, Tracy allowed us to extend our checkout time with no charge and even called us to give us an update on road conditions! Above and beyond service that really helped in a stressful situation.
