They didn’t give me best western rewards price and when I asked for it they actually charged me thirty dollars extra. The room was way over priced $300 for a room that I barely got any sleep in because the pipes are so loud anytime someone uses the water it will wake you up or if someone closes a door it sounds like a slam. I like best western but this branch does the brand a disservice. There is a standard expected if you have the brand name. This is just a motel that charges more because of the name on their building.

While we waited to see when the highway would open, Tracy allowed us to extend our checkout time with no charge and even called us to give us an update on road conditions! Above and beyond service that really helped in a stressful situation.

Traveling from east to west coast under very stressful circumstances and I couldn't have been happier at this location. All staffs were genuine, kind, and accommodating. In particular, Myles from front desk made my whole checking in experience one I will always remember. He was very professional, compassionate, and delightful 😊. Thank you for being patient and warm Myles! Breakfast was great with enough variety and the ladies were helpful and nice. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
