- SSSuf StarMar 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, starting from the moment I tried to check in. As an IHG Member, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and cleanliness. Service & Booking: The front desk agent was unhelpful from the start. When I asked about room availability, she claimed there was only one room left and refused to apply my member discount, telling me she "couldn't do it" because it was the last room. She actually suggested I try booking online instead of helping me there. I ended up calling the IHG customer service line myself, and the phone agent was able to book the room with my discount immediately. It’s frustrating that I had to bypass the on-site staff just to get my entitled rate. Room Quality: The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Beyond that, the layout was incredibly cramped—the bathroom was so small that the door actually hit my legs while I was sitting on the toilet. Cleanliness & Amenities: The worst part was the microwave I requested. The staff's attitude was indifferent ("if there is one, they'll send it"), and when it finally arrived, it was disgusting. There was a thick layer of dust on top, and the inside was absolutely gross and unsanitary. I’ve attached photos to show exactly what was delivered to my room. Overall, between the poor service and the lack of basic hygiene, I did not have a great stay. I would not recommend this location until they improve their management and housekeeping standards.
- AAAlexMar 15, 20262.0Extremely poor bathroom design in the “Ramsey Wing”. Breakfast is NOT complimentary, it’s $28 which is absolutely insane. And coffee was $3.15 for a small cup. Front desk staff are unhelpful. The parking lot can get pretty full, but snow removal and maintenance do a great job
