From the moment I arrived, the property was impeccably clean and well maintained, with attention to detail evident from the entrance through to the guest rooms. The level of service was truly outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, making the stay both comfortable and stress-free. I would especially like to recognize the Guest Service Manager, Himanshu Pabbi, whose kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction stood out. His warm and welcoming approach made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Thomas. If you are looking for exceptional service, cleanliness, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, this property is an excellent choice.

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is right at the Elgin Centre (Mall) - handy to Metro grocery store, discount stores JYSK, Dollarama & Giant Tiger, indoor mini golf, Galaxy movie theatre and a Denny's - although the hotel includes a free breakfast with the room. Also close to a Tim Horton's and more fast food and the downtown is nearby.
- MSMichelle SukieFeb 22, 20261.0We stayed here the weekend of the Olympic gold medal Canada vs USA game and the hotel manager refused to put the game on despite many people at the hotel asking to put it on. He was extremely rude and arguing with people why he’s not putting it on. The rest of the stay okay. Will not come back just because of the manager.
